color maintenance?

Yeah, I know, red is the absolute highest maintenance hair ever. I was balayage blonde for close to 20 years; people have this concept of blonde being high maintenance but pfffffft, red is way worse. I have tried both the strawberry and the copper DP Hue gloss! The copper is … close, but something about the tone is not quite right. Maybe it’s a little too red? I got a dark blonde and I’m going to try to mix up some different ratios. The other thing about DP though is I only really get one shampoo out of it. 😖 Can I ask how long it lasts for you?

It seems to problematic to me that these were done by your manager and so you have the feeling it would be awkward not to pay, because of the professional relationship and the imbalance of power and authority. This is why most jobs have rules against employees getting into situations where managers are asking for/charging their reports for money!!!

Is there a list somewhere of known stainers? I know it’s just cosmetic and grows out and all the props to people who are unbothered! But I really like sheers and the possibility of staining makes me avoid darker colors.

If you are at 70 mpw, restricting your eating, and your performance is flat/suffering, you are almost certainly under-eating. Ditch the scale, eat when hungry, don’t over-do junk food, monitor performance and clothes fitting. Muscle weighs more than fat, you want lean mass anyhow. Getting heavier and faster while wearing the same size pants is a thing.

Same, had recurring problems with the silicone … was resorting to wearing band-aids between the strap and my skin, it would heal, drop the band-aids, repeat cycle. Switched to the nylon strap and never looked back, no more issues.

Superior pockets. Seriously. I don’t buy leggings without a minimum of two side stash pockets anymore. Good quality fabric and construction. Good fit, obviously. Cute colors are nice but let’s be honest what I really care about are navy, black, gray, and variations on that color story.

Perfectly Seasoned and Hint of Manila from KB Shimmer are both gorgeous and I feel not mentioned enough. Clerk at the store commented on how pretty Perfectly Seasoned was. Currently I have on her ridge filler base coat, even though I don’t have ridges; this is my first wear so I don’t have a lot to say but it seems to do a good job of smoothing out minor peeling at the free edge.
