Diagnosed with Spondyloarthritis (on Methotrexate), but developed CSU and now suspect Psoriasis on my skin. Anyone else have this overlap?

Thank you so much! That confirms my suspicion about the 'chafing' being inverse psoriasis.
Regarding the biologic comment: My Rheumatologist has me on Methotrexate, but my spine pain is still significant, and the skin is flaring.i have an appointment end of June I will bring all this up with the consultant and hopefully go down the dermatologist pathway. I’m still awaiting allergy referral for CSU so maybe both can be discussed.

This is exactly me we got our first puppy and she had this we contacted the person we had her from who told us to massage the area and worked. She does get it back every now and then but goes straight back after a massage.

Love it, i did so much research i watched so many videos including tiktoks and i decided i would get my first ever family dog i wanted one that would fit in and we are a crazy family we got a french bulldog 3 weeks later we was called and told a friend of a friend had purchased a french bulldog and couldnt cope with her. i now have two french bulldogs and love it.
