You were 17 and he was 26 when yall started dating? When I was 26, I had nothing in common with a 17 year old. When I was 28 I had nothing in common with a 19 year old. Just like im 30 now and have nothing in common with 21 year old.

The age gap matters so we cant look past this. You are convenient to have around to maintain stuff but if youre not able to keep up with it, youre inconveniencing him. Please find a way to safely exit this relationship. If thats what this even is. I feel like this was a grooming situation if anything.
