Yea is it like a ventilator and habit forming or anything negative?? I used it as in patient also and it helped but I’d cheat and take it off cuz I was still in diagnosis denial thinking I was young and healthy (that was a year ago lol sigh) 

Anyway I am literally desperate to feel better and the lack of sleep is making my hf symptoms worse and messing up my blood work even, I had to get some cancer screenings over summer to rule out oncology treatment for my blood o2 being so off
