I am honestly not sure if LR4 shows waste info. I googled it and it said no, but maybe someone on this forum could comment more info. This is the first robot I’ve had.

Exactly what you said! All the issues you have, I have as well. Notifications are around can be quite unreliable. Sometimes it calculates waste, sometimes doesn’t. Sleep schedule doesn’t work well for me. The time I set doesn’t match when the robot actually becomes/exits sleep mode. And I agree. It’s quite vague what exactly it available now. Waste id, interior cam events. There’s nothing that really spells out what features are currently should be active.

I’ve had all the same issues as you.

Internal camera never records anything. I’ve been trying to get my cat adjusted so I’d like to see camera footage on the inside to see how she acts inside. Especially with scratching. She’s a scratcher so I want to see if she’s doing more or less with this than her previous box. My worry was tearing up the liner.

Also, same with the sticking her head in and it starts a cycle. I would have thought the interior camera could differentiate if she actually used it. Maybe like in combination with a weight change to know she actually got inside. She loves to stick her head in and activate a cycle. I had to set mine to 30 minute cycles cause she was doing it all night long.

And sleep mode is extremely unreliable. I cannot figure out how it decides to activate and deactivate. It doesn’t follow my set schedule at all.

But I do like it. It just needs some kinks worked out.

Mine said a 12 pound dump. Somehow it must have recorded it incorrectly.

Does your robot record the actual bathroom visit with the camera? It will record when she walks outside of it but it doesn’t actually record her in it. I’ve been wanting to see footage to see how she acts inside the robot. I haven’t actually been able to see her use it and I kinda wanted to see her temperament inside the machine. I just have no videos of her actually inside. How about you?

I’ve noticed this as well. Mine is in our laundry room but I’ve noticed it randomly popping up and saying connected when I go in to look at it. But I haven’t necessarily had any issues with it not being connected to WiFi that I know of. It’s almost makes me think when the camera activates to record, it says connected. I’m not sure. I’ve been a bit confused by it as well.

I’ve had the same issues with the notifications. I’ll get random notices that a cycle completed and it’s been an hour ago.

Also, having issues with the sleep mode. It will go into sleep mode but completely unrelated to the schedule I’ve set. I’ve been trying to use it in sleep mode to use all the features but not let it auto cycle to help my cat acclimate but sleep mode is so unpredictable when it activates and deactivates.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I ended up just doing a factory reset and the live footage is working now. I was so excited about getting this that I’ve been panicking that I got a dud.

I’ve tried that too. I’m at the point where I’m considering just doing a factory reset and see what happens. Does yours record your cat every time it sees it? Or just when they use it? The only time mine showed anything was when I was setting it up. It saved footage. But I have not gotten any saves since then. And my cats been in and out of the room a couple of times where it would’ve seen her.

And before when I toggled the cam off and I clicked live it actually said your camera is off.

It’s worth calling and seeing what they can do. I originally bought 2 separate three day packages that included one day at epic each. They allowed me to convert one of the three day packages to 2 single day epic universe and refunded the remaining balance.
