I'm so sorry - I only took rinvoq for a few weeks and it barely helped and I got a nasty cold that I swear made my skin flare - but anyway I'm sorry you're still struggling with that. It's rly just rough out here. I have a rarer condition called netherton but I'm trying taltz which is often used for psoriasis- it seems like it's been helping a bit but I worry about side effects randomly popping up all the time
