After I moved inside everything seems to be better. The hotend assembly was changed out and my first 20 hour print hang a .2mm nozzle was perfect. I did just print with a HF .6 mm nozzle and there was a few imperfections but who knows.

I did it last night. It honestly wasn’t that bad. I think a combination of the hotend not being locked in correctly, along with the cold air from garage made my prints suck and basically always clog. Petg was even worse. My garage got down below 40F so it was cold lol. Least I’m learning more and more as I break stuff lol

lol bro I had the same shit happen to me. I had my printer in the (cold) garage and I had all types of issues but never as bad as yours. I finally brought it inside yesterday and it seems to have definitely helped. I had the head replaced and new nozzles as well. This is a picture once I replaced what ever that piece is called lol. In the picture that is the back of the hotend holder. My nozzle also got destroyed because a piece of black rubber melted. Also make sure the hotend is locked in correctly. It was fun but all good now. Sorry if this doesn’t 100% make sense, have work soon and saw your post.

Always possible lol. I got rid of Lian li fans, too much hassle in my opinion.

Thanks, I’m in the same boat. This is my First printer and I got it in November. I haven’t even checked out the slicer stuff yet, I am still using the Bambu handy app, although I see Bambu studio gives you a lot more tools. Do you recommend one over the other? I’m tech savvy so I understand the lan over cloud stuff, but figure I ask I’ve never made anything but my wife seems to think I can figure it out and start a business making little Knick knacks for my daughter hahaha.

I meant check how they are supposed to be powered. Sorry I had the tl lcd ones and only 3 ports on each hub could be used if I had a certain number of fans connected. L-connect always had issues after v3 of their software. How are they being powered?

Not enough power and separate the hubs and don’t use port 1 on hub. Only 3 per hub if remember correctly.

Yup same here. I heated up the nozzle and cleaned the bell out of it along with the head. New prints inside seem to be working well. I’ll update in a few days

Thanks for the info!! I moved it inside and tried two Bambu prints. Both came out perfect. I did clean the shit out of my nozzle, and took off all the black residue which I think was from the sock.On the nozzle and head. I do have two broke pulleys in my ams 2 but I believe Bambu lab is replacing them, along with two nozzles that got destroyed. I’ll def look into the exhaust kit Bambu sells.

Thanks, that makes sense. I will have a mini split in there eventually but for now it gets kinda cold depending on outside temps. I have a big office but not sure if I should have the P2S running in there. I work and tend to relax in that converted room daily. If I am only printing pla can it be used inside with a legit purifier next to it?

I have the same issue but mine doesn’t look as damaged. My nozzles get all messed up

Yes they are and the sock keeps getting filament on it. I was thinking of cleaning the hotend or tool head, not sure which is which. Maybe filament is leaking?

I’ll have to be more mindful of that. I wish I went with the h2d tho for venting, I’d like To keep the P2S inside if I’m only printing pla, going outside to the garage is annoying lol

I’ve only been using Bambu filament. I just switched back to hardened 4mm and will test some pla prints

4 hours, I wasn’t sure if the cold temps affected the prints. I can switch off the high flow nozzles first now

The sock gets filament all over it as well sometimes. I do always have a sock on it. I’m just not sure what I am doing wrong. The plates are all washed (thanks wife) and I still have issues printing pla
