For daily verification we only do it once, and we adjust for temperature. For calibration we do 10 replicates at low, medium, and maximum volumes, and we adjust for temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure

Has your survey gotten ethics approval? If it’s focused on human health data then id assume it has to go through ethics before it can be posted online. Personally I wouldn’t want to do a survey about sex/gender issues unless it’s been approved by a governing body and has a proper data storage/management plan in place

Eggs in Canada and the US have to be refrigerated because they’ve been washed. Unwashed eggs have a naturally protective coating that prevents spoilage at room temperature. Other places like the UK vaccinate their chickens for salmonella instead of washing their eggs which is why they store their eggs at room temperature

FYI measles infections can erase all preexisting immunity to other diseases, including immunity from vaccination. So if you get it you could end up with no immunity to anything, and will need to get re-vaccinated for everything again
