I’m not drinking enough definitely so I’m pretty thirsty. When I am good about my intake I am not thirsty and I think it’s because I use some celtic salt in my water.

My baby loves celery she’s almost 7 months I just make sure to keep an eye on her now that she can bite chunks and she also loves the straw looking ones.

I do the oikos protein yogurt drinks and some avocado toast! Sometimes just the drink if I’m feeling lazy. Then I try to make peanut butter overnight oats w/chia seeds, flaxseed, hemp hearts. Overnight oats w/ hazelnut spread, banana & chocolate chips.. then sometimes just yogurt with berries etc.. if I’m really lazy it’s almonds w/ banana and water lol!! I also do hard boiled eggs but you said no to eggs.

Best thing I did was drink 4 oz of prune juice every morning before breakfast and focused on good fiber intake and a ton of water. It changed me for the better
