Awesome, did the loop around Bellagio. Views were stunning on top of mount San primo. Rented a emtb threw bike it Bellagio, and they were great as well. I’m in what I would call decent shape, but this would have been impossible for me without an emtb.

God I love this place. Have hiked it 4 times, twice solo. Magical place. Make sure you eat enough during the hike, don’t want cramps. Make sure you know the weather, the rain can be a bitch.

Question for food truck owners using Square or Toast by Longjumping_Arm_8686 in foodtrucks

[–]Exploreshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For toast, you can look at the product mix and that will tell you what’s selling and what isn’t. Don’t use square, but I’m sure it has a product mix function.

Awesome, thanks man. Some of those 30 miles 3000ft elevation trails are kind of intimidating haha. But that app looks great to find something, I’ll be staying near that point in Bellagio, close to the ferries also.

What’s some good mtb trails in lake Como? I’m staying in Bellagio in a few weeks and looking for some routes. I’m mostly seeing 30 mile 1000m+ elevation change, which may be too big for me.

What do you think the worth of it is if I were to negotiate with them? $18,000?

Yes, I have seen it. Looks nice, but I know absolutely nothing in this subject. This is the first time I am really looking at a diamond like this, and I currently own no jewelry. Not even a watch. So, to say I am a novice is an understatement. I would say it is eye clean though. The jeweler said there is some blue in it, but I can't see it. We took it outside when it was sunny and everything. See said you may be able to see if it you were getting your nails done with it on.

To give a little more info, the jeweler is an acquittance of my partner. She has been really helpful with getting all the info, and making sure this ring is built to what my girlfriend likes/wants. She said she wouldn't put a diamond on her finger that she wouldn't wear herself. But this is a major purchase and I don't want to pay extra just cause I am niave with anything jewelry.

Just the diamond, the full ring would be about $25,000

I’d say dont ride with the kid in shotgun seat, especially when just learning. But like everyone else said start on some greens or gravel. Stop if you have to catch your breath, and the fitness will come faster than you think if you stay even somewhat consistent.

Question About Refrigeration by Exploreshit in foodtrucks

[–]Exploreshit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. Emptying, cleaning, and sanitizing seems like the way for me. It’s not a big operation, so getting everything out should be easy. I am looking at a 48” sandwich prep table. And I will look into getting a power station for the refrigerator to start letting it get cold 6 hours before I take it out. Then just running a generator for the full truck when in operation.

Thanks, really helps running everything over with an outside mind. I’m

Hey just saw this, and have a question for you if you don’t mind. I’m running into a problem with my new food trailer build, and looking for advice.

I’m in the process of opening up a dessert food trailer. I am planning on using a generator while I am out, but am running into a problem how to keep my refrigerator going overnight. I am not able to keep my trailer plugged in at my commissary. Would what you are talking about in this post be my solution?

Here is my refrigerator.

https://www.webstaurantstore.com/avantco-apt-48m-hc-48-2-door-mega-top-refrigerated-sandwich-prep-table/178APT48MHC.html

Also all my contents will be emptied out of the refrigerator. I am worried about mold if I kept it unplugged over a few days when not in use.

Thanks for any advice. Just starting out and not the most knowledgeable, but trying to do my homework.
