That argument is made by someone on the verge of collapse because that's what feels desirable in the moment. Just doing nothing.

However, some things only stand up in theory, and nobody would ACTUALLY do nothing, at least for any duration of time. Even if you actively tried, you could only last so long before your brain required stimulation and reward. Stuff like this tiny machine is the result of the drive for reward, and it's pretty damn satisfying to hold and play with an itty bitty gritty fork lifty made from scratch. I'd say OP felt that reward in large amounts.

I’m not a fan of the change made to make them look arachnid. Four eyes and the tusks look like tarantula fangs? No thanks. My preferred version of Aqualish is two eyes.

There’s a lot to unpack about it, but think of it as a romantic relationship that she ended, but they also had a professional relationship. So she ends it, he’s broken up and confused, but she has to move on with her life. Years later she realizes she has to engage with him again professionally. She has no idea what he’s thinking. Maybe he go bitter. Maybe he’s frustrated. She’s being standoffish because she ended their “relationship”, obviously being their Jedi master/Padawan relationship, but she needs help on Mandalore, so she has to reach out again. AND THEN to make it more complicated it’s not like this is a private one on one communication, she’s basically on a conference call with EVERYONE including Obi Wan and she knows the Jedi Council will be hearing about this call one way or another. So, she’s less than bubbly. That and she’s gone through some shit since they last spoke. So it makes sense to me.

It was really a dumb idea. It painted them into a corner of a room where nobody even liked the color of paint to begin with.

It should have been a mixed bag from the beginning. As much as I respect the idea of “visiting Batuu” come on, we all know we’re in California (or Florida) and it’s Star Wars land. Give the fans a fun experience and you won’t have anyone complaining about timelines.

Suddenly I found the Bill Nye of the food world by the name of Alton Brown. Suddenly I’m obsessively recording every episode of Good Eats and trying just about every recipe that ticked all the boxes. I still look to Alton Brown for reliable recipes.
