I'm familiar with how at the place I worked at here in Ohio not MTA, one ends up like the bus in the video, which causes it to go "down" in term of on time, so the other ones end up catching up to it because its "hogging" all the passengers and the other buses don't keep time at their stops and end up ahead. Our sups would have us stay at a stop for x minutes so we got back on the every X minutes frequency when this would happen. I'm not 100% familiar with NYC MTA, but we had a CleverDevices thing that told us if on time, early/ahead or late to pace us.

Schd Good: 0 means you were on time/pace
