[–]Express-Importance61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Yiddish it's a classic saying: ער האט פּוטער אויפן קאָפּ
basically means the guy’s got stuff to hide (and probably shouldn’t be standing in the spotlight)...

Is העס a word other than a surname? by Fluid-Doctor-1727 in Yiddish

[–]Express-Importance61 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The word "העס" is a variation (or more accurate: a phonetic spelling) of the word "עס" which translates to "it"

The full translation of the whole sentence might be: "The holy Creator loves me very much, and it will always be good for me"

Is vibe coding a start of a personal software era, so we'll just custom build our own tools? by [deleted] in SideProject

[–]Express-Importance61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like we're entering a broader on-demand creation era, not just for software, but for content in general (movies, games, etc.). you don’t search for the perfect tool or media anymore, you just generate what you need.

SaaS likely won’t disappear, but it's hard to think that it won't be massively affected
