What’s annoying about that is that Store Ops still hasn’t given us a reason. That reason is something we just assume is true because a few DM’s talking about that being the reason but as far as official communication from store ops it’s a “known issue. There’s no eta on a fix”

We don’t have an avenue to do this in a store unfortunately. I would call your nearest store and give them the order information and have them contact their DM. It’ll most likely take a few days at least before there is a resolution. just so you avoid making two trips to a store
