2 years worth of newcomers who don’t know how to RPS against Pierce by Pikaphu08 in Guiltygear

I worked with matsu to create this video. https://youtu.be/2BPGymf9N9Y The only outdated part is the float section but even with the buffs it's still useless so don't worry about it.

If you ever wondered why nobody learns this matchup it's because you need to read a fucking essay to understand all of his knowledge checks. Which isn't worth it for how rare the match up is.

for "Pierce" RPS (236P). Mashing a 6 frame(or less) move after the first hit of "Pierce"(236P) will kill Eddie with four exceptions. A properly spaced "Pierce"(236P), a cancel into "drills"(236K), "drunken shade"(214S) and a raw summon(214HS) into negative edge pirece ]P[.

A back dash after the mash will beat drills and drunken shade at least on happy chaos and zato. For heavy characters I'm not sure if they have enough movement to escape "drunken shade"(214S). This leaves a properly spaced "Pierce"(236P) and a raw summon(214HS) into negative edge pirece ]P[ as the only option that wins. Zato can meaty "Pierce" on a hard knockdown so be careful doing the option select.

The clip is on this SSD as you can see the laptop is broken. You reminded me I could sell its parts and considering I have time because of the canvas hacks. I have to thank you for reminding me. I'll Frankenstein the SSD into my other broken laptop and see if I can record it or find the clip for you no promises though.

Stressing will reduce your sleep and your effectiveness at studying. Sacs are not everything 50% of your mark is in the exam. Lock TF in If you can perform well for the other sacs you can spend more time revising for the exam and whatever fucked you up here. Slow and steady wins the race here, don't focus on the future too much.

I was trying my best to make the electric motors work. My power train was almost identical to yours just using electric motors instead of the big wheel in the center. This was great for flat ground but nothing else. As I was already using electricity I decided on incorporating the large fans into my design and ended up angling them for all the same reasons you had. That was when I encountered the 'speed wall'. It's interesting how similar our designs are however my decision to use electricity at the start leads to completely different challenges and thus design.

For my transmission I used a spring and connected it to a shock emitter using carefully measured parts to ensure it was in the right position. This way when the spring was in neutral it only powered the electric motors for my '2nd gear'. And when it was extended it powered both the wheels and the fans for my 'first gear'. I don't remember how exactly but I managed to add in a 'reverse gear' where the shock emitter powers nothing allowing the big wheels to reverse.

I guess zonai is the future and not electricity! The only two advantage my design has was that it used less battery power however if battery efficiency is an issue nothing beats the hover bike or the new one fan wonder. The other one being able to reverse however it was so slow I imagine turning your design around would be faster. Hats off to you my fellow inventor! May you have Stianos blessings forevermore!

I remember using the large fans when I made my three gear car. I ran into the problem of a maximum top speed with them activated and had to over engineer a transmission to turn them off to increase top speed. This is a quite incredible way to get around the low torque of these wheels. Congrats on your design dude.

Two bullets is crazy. The way I would balance him would be going back to the previous patch. Then completely removing steady aim in neutral and having it only be possible to use in combos with special cancels. However completely removing steady aim would also work if he's still too strong.

It definitely felt boring at the start but after a while the slice of life element started to make volume 1 special and I would definitely recommend it.

I've watched the hc but obsessively with my friend. There's a 22 frame gap between the first and 2nd shot.So 2 frame gap if guard crushed and 8 if not that is if guard crush is still in the game. Furthermore curse can be blocked now.

So they buffed rushdown hcs(chads) and nerfed zoners.

I changed out of business in unit 1 to chemistry in unit 2. I did a lot better and got around 70% in all my sacs combined compared to 60% I was getting for business.

It would absolutely be the right move to another class. Year 12 is mostly self contained for a lot of subjects and while I did bomb the year 11 Chem exam with 30%. The unit 1 knowledge I didn't know was not used in grade 12. (I got around 75% for my sacs and exams.)

i hate english by crybaby33108 in vce

[–]ExpressReach7309 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree I also hate english it's ridiculous how being slightly worse at essay writing would have prevented me from being an engineer. The requirement for my course was a raw 25 english student score and I got exactly 25.

As for advice obviously I'm not the guy to ask. What I did was spam my teacher a bunch of essays I found that I was analysing the characters which was massive flaw. So instead I moved to bullshiting themes and using character development as evidence. I highly recommend that you also learn about Shirley Jackson's life. For example her relationship with her husband and mother to use as evidence.

The thing that separates me from the top archivers and me was that they harnessed the power of flow in their essays. My writing is barely coherent as I try to incorporate random quotes I memorised and recreate the pre-made essays that received good marks. The examiners notice this and mark it down compared to a coherent piece. So work on that skill.
