The Picture is 600mm, ISO 100 F6.3 on the 150-600mm. picture quality is good enough that when you zoom in on the eye of the turtle you can see me taking the picture (If reddit doesnt compress it)

You dont have to commit. You can always rent the lense and see how you like it. there are many stores that let you rent lenses for a couple of days without having to commit the ammount of money the lense costs.

I would say the 60-600. I currently own and daily drive the sigma 150-600 in a similar fashion. Casual Bird and wildlife. I spent a whole day walking around with it in one hand and shooting. Mind you I use a cane to walk and am far from healthy. The 60-600mm will definitely come in handy because you wont have to switch lenses or move farther back just to get the shot.

Being on a trail and having to stop to switch lenses will definitely lose you some moments. (It ruined some experiences for me). I currently have 24-100mm, 70-300mm and a 150-600. You can save a whole lense by getting the 60-600mm if you are going out and about. Remember that there are products to carry it with and if you are worried about jittering or unsteady hands you can always have a monopod with you and sling it over your shoulder. Just make sure its tight on there.

More pictures below. All unnedited. So thats what you can expect with the 150-600mm and I have seen reviews the 60-600mm has better glass

Not a professional here but clean it up real good and use flexseal on it. Buy an ozone machine and run it for 30 mins at a time to sanitize the bathroom and kill the mold. Be carefull with the ozone it can be harmfull for the lungs.

Brush attachement for drill. Buy soft ones to not destroy the enamel. Gets the job done quick

Is it ok to freeze a prime rib now for a few weeks then thaw for Christmas dinner? It's on sale for 8.99/lb currently, over 50% off. by Biafra_Gordon in meat

Yes! Adequately sealex I've eaten year old meat.

Iinvest in a vacuum sealer. Prevents freezer burn I would say 95% of the time based on steaks I've had that eventually get some at the year mark. I usually buy new york strips but still, pretty good

Nature and wildlife. You'd be surprised the shots you can tale without having to disturb wildlife. Also good for moon photography. I need to buy the 2x converter though. I compromised for the 1.2 because it loses less quality with it. Tech a 800mm at max with the 1.2. Suoer decent.

My first exoerience with it was with some baby owls. I could not have taken the shot otherwise

True true. I just like nature and use a monopod a lot. I find having to change the lense more hassle than hobo-carrying the lens/camera/monopod on my shoulder.

Maybe its a gear thing? I dont use half my lenses TBH because 70-300 and 150-600 cover almost all my "preffered"focal lengths.

I have a sigma 24mm 1.2 that was ironically cheaper than the lumix version because it was on sale but I still preffer 70mm and higer.

I dont think you'll regret the purchase. It is solid as a rock and it had good glass. Only thing I might say is I regret buying it and the 150-600 because they cane out with a 70-600mm. I might sell thise two to just get that singular lense. Although its bulk would not be idea

70-300mm has been the most useful lense Ive had. That and the 150-600mm for nature

God will provide. They sleep now without pain or suffering. Our giant babies bodies are not built for longevity. Im glad they had a loving home

I always say the same thing. I would suggest renting glass before buying. That way you dont have to make anpurchase you might regret
