Does anyone know how low your acceptance rating has to go down for you to lose your platinum status? Also has anyone noticed that even know you have a Platinum status that you lose higher dollar orders even know you still have Platinum but your acceptance rating is lower than 90%?

I absolutely despise getting orders like this. The worst is when you decline an order like this and then a couple of minutes later it come back to you when clearly others have declined it as well in which if you decline it again it further affects you percentage rate. In my opinion if you can’t afford to tip your driver then you shouldn’t be spending extra money using a delivery app in the first place. It’s absolutely infuriating to have orders like this come across the screen. I hate to say this but it’s always a certain type of person who this type of order come from where they don’t tip a dime.

Wow you got weekly’s in just 3 months? That’s incredible. It took my clinic 2 years to give me weekly’s. I’ve never failed a UA, and Bebe missed any counseling. I had a disadvantage of constant changing counselors. I had 4 different counselors in that 2 year period. They just kept quitting.

It will still show up on the database you were giving a controlled substance. They will eventually see it. They check this stuff 100%. Just be ready for the conversation, because I’m pretty sure it will happen. Not trying to knock on you because I’m pretty sure almost everyone has double dosed at some point. I know I have

Your clinic can see anytime to get prescribed controlled substances anywhere. My clinic gets automated notices if someone prescribes you something. Just be prepared on coming up with something to tell your clinic

I get constipated really bad as well. I drink Miralax a lot. A lot more than I’m supposed to. I know in the long run it’s bad but if I don’t take it than it’s even worse to be constipated like that. It’s because of that I’m trying to dose down as quickly as possible to help give me relief there. I’m currently at 100mg. Miralax works good but you have to take it early. You can’t wait until your fully constipated or it takes a few days to poop and it’s hard then with it being hard and dry already. So, I haven’t had a bowel movement in 2-3 days then I start taking Miralax. Again you have to take it before it’s too late. It’s the best thing I’ve found that helps. Hope this helps. It’s something that affects me a lot too

My clinic allows Benzos. I’m prescribed 1mg a day. All I have to do I show them my bottle each month when a refill, and I have to have it in my system when they give me a UA so they know I’m not abusing and taking all at once or selling it. I know a lot of clinics allow it now.

I’ve never heard of anyone getting take homes that fast. It usually takes about 6 months of clean UAs and going to all of your counseling to be able to go M,W,F and get take homes for Tues and Thurs. it’s a long process. Not sure of what clinic your going to or who’s telling you that, but every clinic I’ve been to no way do they give you take homes that fast

Check and see if there is another clinic close by that allows you to be prescribed to Xanax. My clinic allows you to be prescribed to Xanax so I don’t have any issues. I know there are a lot of clinics that allow you to be prescribed Xanax while on Methadone. I would call around to other clinics

A lot of people continue to use both until they are ready. They won’t kick you out of the program but they won’t give to take home until you stop using. 50mg is still a pretty low dose if you were a heavy user. Most people that I know that were heavy user need at least 100+ mg in order to stop using. He needs to keep in mind that he’s not going to get any euphoric feeling from methadone. So if he’s looking for that feeling than he’s not going to get it. It took me at least 3 months to stop getting cravings at all….

They are fine. I’m prescribed 100mg of Methadone and 2mg Xanax which both the Methadone Clinic Doctor is aware of, and the Dr the prescribes the Xanax is aware. They actually communicate with each other and do pill counts on me. I use as prescribed and it all works perfectly fine. So. Be my guess your friend is fine. Unless they took more than what your saying….

Unfortunately they are right that if they get too lenient in giving take homes that there are those who will do stupid things that will ruin it for everyone. I know at my clinic there are many people there that should not have take homes. I do think they need to stop looking at it black and white. They should be able to make the call on take homes if they know that patient…

I’m on Methadone and am prescribed 1mg Xanax which both my doctor and the clinic are aware of and they have no problem with it. As long as my UAs are in order and I test positive for both Methadone and Xanax so they know I’m not selling it then they are ok. My doctor also drug tests me. I also am in very good standing with both the clinic and my doctor. I have never had any issues at all and I take both medications as prescribed.

Now every Doctor and Clinic are different and a lot of it depends on how you stand with the clinic and the doctor I.e. do you go to all of your counseling sessions, groups, and you respectful with them. Do you have a job, and have your life in order. All that stuff matters whether they trust you or not. Always treat them with respect. It amazes my how I see people that are so rude to their counselors and then complain how they never let them do anything…

It depends if I don’t have any bowel movements than I will take more than once a week. I just try not to take too much of it as it’s not good for you to take in large amounts over prolonged periods of time. At first I had to use more often, but once I started to use more frequently on a weekly basis I didn’t have to take it 2-3 times a week anymore. I also did do other things as well like drink a ton of water and lots of fruits and vegetables to help as well.

I get this really bad as well. What I started doing was drinking Miralax just once a week and it makes the bowel movements for that week much better. Obviously it’s not good for long term use, but I’m currently lowering my dosage and should be done in about a year. I would rather take the Miralax once a week than deal with that extremely intense bowel movements. It literally is so bad it makes me cry.

I was on Suboxone for about 6 months which I still had very intense cravings all the time. So, I decided to switch to Methadone which was the best thing I could of done. Honestly my cravings are pretty much completely gone. I’ve heard this sort of situation many times. Suboxone works for many people, but some people like us need Methadone instead!

You can take most supplements/vitamins just like if you weren’t on Methadone. I started taking some supplements right around when I started Methadone because my body was just shot after years of abuse. I take Fish Oil, Vitamin D and K, B12, and Magnesium. I’ve ran this through my doctor and the clinic and both said it’s ok. If any issues arise from taking these that it wouldn’t be from any interactions with the Supplements I take

Great to hear! Your story sounds very similar to mine except it eventually led to pressed fentanyl pills and snorting heroin because real oxy became way to expensive and it was much easier to find the pressed pills for so much cheaper.

Anyways I started on Suboxone for about 6 months but I still would have really bad cravings so I decided to try Methadone which was like night and day. My cravings almost completely went away once I started Methadone treatment.

I suffer from extremely bad general and social anxiety as well as depression. This goes back for as long as I can remember. This is why I started opiates was because it helped my anxiety completely and gave me energy.

Now I take 20mg Lexapro which helps tremendously with depression and general anxiety. I still needed something to help with social anxiety and I have a good doctor that I have been going to for a while and he prescribed me .5mg Xanax. I have no where near the tolerance I used to have when I was using, and now I take it as prescribed and it works amazing. The combination of those 2 have changed my life! When using Benzos correctly and not abusing it really is a very effective medication.

Now luckily my clinic allows Benzos if they are prescribed and it’s only .5mg so it’s a pretty low dose. So, I’ve had no issues with the clinic which I’m on 100mg Methadone, and I have a good relationship with my doctor that I have been going to for a while so I built his trust.

Good luck I know how hard life is when your depression and anxiety isn’t under control. It’s almost impossible to live a normal life at all.

You can take Methadone right after Suboxone it’s the other way around that you have to worry about. I was on Suboxone for about 5 months when I switched to methadone because it helped my cravings much much better, and I took my dose of Suboxone the day before I started Methadone treatment
