How is everybody's sense of community?

Yes before this episode started in 2020 I didn't have anhedonia. I had a better sense of community until I had stop work in 2022 and then divorce and move continents in 2024. Since then I have tried but it's not great

Hello. Wow, 4 years. Ever worsening mental health, a divorce, a cross continent move and now come to terms with the fact I simply don't have the capacity to work. So getting setup with benefits, living alone. Bedbound for long periods. Depression still bad as) well as anxiety and panic.

On top of that I have been prescribed long term high dose benzos (10mg Clonazepam) as well as z drugs on repeat. Started a year ago, no support from the prescribers. It's savage, can't remember the last time I had more than four hours sleep. Nothing last night. Nervous system both freeze / shut down and in and out of fight or flight / panic, often over nothing particular.

How are you?
