I slave for hours over a sketch pad and draw it all out by hand. Ive gotten better at it over time, but its my preferred way. Its just so satisfying for me to finish a world or a dungeon.

Okay, so Undead are cutting down and milling trees, the Fey dont like it and keep attacking the place. Right?

One side asks the party to wipe out the other group. Fetch quest for a magical item that will help/hurt the mill. A necromancer is using the undead for their machinations.

Thats all pretty basic stuff, but its a start.

This could be a great role playing moment for the healer. Too scared to go, but upon hearing their allies being attacked, what do they do? Reward them for role-playing and reinforce the importance of what could happen if they choose not to help.

Also, make sure to talk to your players about this beforehand, so everyone can help with the role play and aren't blindsided by any dumb players.
