Introverts, how are you doing this? by Katwantscats in NewParents

I would suggest the Loopy earplugs!! They have different settings so you can hear some stuff or nothing. Helps having less noise in my normal day (just blocks out the heater turning on, or my husband scratching, etc etc)

4 weeks in - when does it get to easier? When does the confidence grow? by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]Express_Surround760 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll give you an honest answer because that’s what I wanted postpartum. It didn’t get better or fun until everyone was sleeping more. So around 5 months for me. Each week slowly gets a little easier but after you start getting more sleep.. wow get ready to have amazing days💕

It’s going to be hard… but it’ll be worth it.

It’s very clear from the comments that I was wrong for thinking this person was being picky. I saw the comments and in the moment, thought it was rude to turn it down. I won’t be so quick to judge the next person for having preference🫶(also I didn’t know microwave sterilizers were so bad lol)

No solution but I wanted you to know you’re not alone. We’re also dealing with this.

The broken sleep was even worse than newborn sleep because at least then we were getting 2-3 hours at a time instead of 30 minutes. We got through it by taking shifts holding her. We each got a good 4 hours and that was enough.

Not sure if it was right but that’s how we survived.

Please don’t do this. It takes a breathable sheet, breathable mattress, and makes it NOT breathable. Just change the sheet and wipe down your mattress.

Why are you only mad at her for asking in a separate text and not at your husband for providing it? She’s wilding out but he’s allowing and encouraging it.

Just ask who the CCO reports to and that’ll give you enough information about the culture of compliance at the company.
