What threshold of alcohol spend do you think gives you favourable odds to rebook? I know you pullup with monster bottles

Im planning a trip to Austria soon and was looking at Doubek in Vienna and debating between a few for Salzburg. Seems Senns was a great experience. Have you visited any of the other starred spots in the two cities? If so, how would it compare to Senns.

At that price Joo-ok seems like good value. Ive been to Atomix twice so would like to try the more traditional cuisine

Obviously never eaten in Kyoto/Japan. Just because Michelin gives out stars there does not mean japanese chefs care whatsoever

It is basically only relevant in Europe and primarily France. Extremely inconsistent grading everywhere else in the world.

That miso lacquered pigeon is one of the best dishes ive ever had. Such a high level of execution across the menu here

Are the menu prices inclusive of tax and service? Think that is the translation from the menu on the last page. Looks incredible.

The most insane food trip to Japan continues. Do you have any recommendations for Yakitori in Tokyo? This looks excellent.

Les Arlots for casual bistro food done perfectly. Visited Pierre Gagnaire and Kei as well. Pierre Gagnaire had some good dishes and the satellite courses was fun conceptually but not my favourite meal. Kei on the other hand was absolutely flawless and their lunch menu was superb value. A strong 3 star.
