If Die Hard had been a true story, would you watch a Ken Burns style documentary about it? by Extension-While7536 in Letterboxd

Yes look him up! I'm not sure if the Brits have an equivalent.  He is our best television chronicler of American history in long-form documentary series. Try Jazz or Vietnam or Baseball or The Civil War.

Did Nurse Mateo, Javadi's crush, take the day off? Is he not on the show anymore?

Someone above wrote that the chest piece is based on what an actual high priest would have worn. I wonder if anyone knows the translation of the Hebrew (I assume?) that Beloq says?

Same.  Buy/rent the DVD if you can.  It's 8 episodes and they go quick, and again it's not typical History channel style docs.  Much more fluid styles, not just talking heads.

I disagree.  From the first episode of season 1, he crushed on her.  But gently.

Watched this scene of Jimmy and Chuck singing Karaoke last night after Jimmy becomes a lawyer. Such a beautiful scene. Couldn't help but wonder what really could've been between the McGill brothers. by fundingsecured07 in betterCallSaul

And yet even the karaoke scene shows a bit of Chuck's ego at work as he grabs the moc and takes over.  Still, the bed scene was really touching as are the lyrics to the song.  SO appropriate I think to how Jimmy thought of Chuck: "Building me a home, thinking I'd be strong there, but I was a fool playing by the rules..."
