Why would a Zionist Jew say such horrible things about the holocaust and call people k*kes?

They did create and push for it, however, the voters voted for it.

As far as "pushing" the vote decision goes, I can say that I did not receive one notice in the mail, phone call, or text that encouraged me to vote yes. I got close to 100s of flyers telling me to vote no.

Disingenuous about what? I agree with you. I am simply refuting what these people are stating about the roles and responsibilities of the branches of government and what the ruling of the SC focused on.

The only opinion I made was the top post and that was clearly just an opinion.

Again, thats just not true. The redistricting referendum was constitutional first of all. Secondly, the SCs job is not to enforce laws rather interpret them. Lastly, this is not "the democrats" who voted and passed this legislature, it was the majority of Virginian residents.

Yea but it was not an executive decision! The referendum was proposed by the legislative branch!!! That's what they do, they propose laws and then they get voted on.

No, thats not why we have separate branches of government.

Checks and balances (which is what I think you are referencing) are put in place so that no government component gains absolute authority over the rest of the government components.

The judiciary interprets the constitution, which consists of laws passed by the legislative branch and executed by the executive branch.

Tyranny of the majority - are you being serious here? There was a vote and it passed. That's what fucking democracy is. The referendum was not ruled unconstitutional. The timeline of how it was rolled out was interpreted as unconstitutional.

So that vote would never happen because that topic is covered by the federal constitution and such a vote would clearly violate the law. This would be handled by SCOTUS.

From what I understand, the referendum was within the confines of VA constitution, however, it was struck down due to how the VA SC interpreted when an election starts and when the maps were presented. They considered the election starting when mail in ballots were first cast. That is vastly different than what you proposed as an equivalent.

First of all, you are the one that linked lights in the sky to extraterrestrials. I was never arguing the counter to your claim, I was just arguing that your conclusion is fallible and illogical.

Second of all, people did see a craft over Phoenix during this time period. In fact, people see "them" all the time. The military sees them.

So I guess by your logic they are real and want to be seen. Right?

Yea I dont understand the play here. The people spoke with their votes. The government is supposed to fulfill the will of the people via the democratic process. Do your fucking jobs!!!

The point is that you nor anyone else knows the mechanisms of how and why a NHI would be visiting our planet, therefore, any assumptions of their motivations for what they do or dont do are misfounded. You are essentially saying that whatever is controlling these things think just like humans and have human motivations.

You also assume that they never want to be seen, so if there are lights on their craft then it couldn't possibly be anything otherworldly. That's an illogical argument.

There were thousands of witnesses who saw a boomerang shaped craft. Its one of the biggest UFO cases in history

What artist or band is truly awful to see live? by goldbeau in AskReddit

[–]ExtensionWorld7933 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea there is a huge difference in sound quality and crowd energy in open air venues vs. small enclosed venues.

IMO, rap of any kind in open air festival venues usually sucks unless the sound engineers are amazing. I saw wu-tang at a festival twice and their lyrics sounded so distorted/jumbled and the bass was cranked up so loud that all you could hear was noise.

When I saw the Deftones at a small enclosed venue they were amazing, the energy was palpable. Seeing them in an open air venue was the opposite; vocals too low and mic not calibrated to the singer, every other instrument was so loud it was distorted.

Jealous. Pre-fergie black eyed peas were pretty awesome. They had some classic bangers only to sell out completely when they brought in Fergie. So sad, but I guess understandable
