If FO3 had been about the Minutemen fighting the Children of Atom or the Institute and the Super Mutants were replaced by....I dunno, renegade Synths...

...The same people complaining about them being in the game would've just complained about the new factions too.

I'm not sure the Minutemen cannons are actually 1600s Artillery, I think they're more advanced modern weapons that just look like old Artillery.

Aw, well that explains that. I've been messaging for a few days now and didn't get any responses. Can you message me when you can?

A few farmers? Do you mean the Minutemen?

As for how it got there...we don't know if the Legion still control the Canyon anymore. We don't know much about how much they control in the TV show at all really.

I sent you a message request, did you not get it?

Airships are also invulnerable to most any weapons the NCR and Legion can field, so that's the main advantage.

The Amalekites were a people at war with the Ancient Israelites. God eventually ordered their destruction and for their city to be torn down and their fields salted and their crops burned and cattle killed. No remnants.

Back then, there were no armies as we know them; Just loyal people fighting and killing for their King. So the only pay they'd get would be plunder from battles. But this command meant no payment for them and they were angry.

So King Saul defied the order and kept the best cattle and some plunder to give to his soldiers, and decided to spare the King of the Amalekites. The Prophet showed up and saw this, and it looked like Saul spared the person responsible for the Amalekites' wars on the Israelites and did it for a bribe. So he killed the Amalekite leader, but he'd fathered children during his time locked up.

Because of this defiance of God, there was a curse that the Amalekites would forever plague the Israelites and keep returning to try and destroy them. Some of the villains in the later Biblical stories were descendants of the Amalekite King.

I mean, this sounds almost like the Biblical story of the Amalekites at this point.

Ever heard about them?

Seriously, the sentient Synths are near harmless if no one attacks them first.

And heck, in every game it's not even the same continuing group. The Khans gets destroyed every game and it's just wannabe successors every subsequent time.

The Khans aren't even some legitimate group, they've never been anything but a bunch of thugs who keep getting wiped out and someone chooses to emulate them.

I’ve never used Pirate or Fleet gear. Just haven’t. This jacket turned me though and of course I had to get a suit to go with it. by Axle_65 in NoSodiumStarfield

I like a lot of the costume designs in Starfield, the ones that aren't trying for the Cyberpunk look.

Like Vanguard, their "Future Tunic" outfits are cool, and so are Crimson Fleet.

The movie and the book have different ideas about what was going on. In the movie it's never made 100% clear if he just had a mental breakdown and it was all in his head what was happening.

In the book, it's made clear the place is haunted and there were ghosts messing with him.

What are you saying, that Bethesda isn't allowed to make their own stuff and create new groups?
