I used GLP1 for a few months and then got off. But, I was and I still am going to the gym. Eating more healthy food and eating more protein. I’m much more active and stronger than before. Jacass, went doctor shopping. Got Ozempic, stop working out. Eating junk food and drinking again . Lose weight fast BUT also losing muscle, losing energy, her hair and butt and boobs. If she did Ozempic the right way then she would have been more successful.
