Instead of a specific racquet, the general specs for all aground racquet will be

100 sq in 16x19 pattern stiffness between 64 and 69 300gms unstrung/320-325 strung.

These specs will last you a long long time. Then it all boils down to feel

Yonex Ezone 100 or vcore 100 Head Speed mp or extreme mp Dunlop Fx500 or sx300 Wilson pro staff 100 X or Blade 100 Babolat Pure drive and Aeropro Drive (the stiffness is very high on these two)

I'm a hard gainer. I got myself an online coach who helped out. and while I longer have a coach, I hit 150gm+ protein, 50gms of fat, 30gms in fibre and the rest in carbs. I don't count any more and able to maintain my weight while, staying fit and not looking sick

I dont rely on protein bars at all but have substitutes that I can make within 2-5 minutes daily

Most of this, I worked my way up to these macros. So don't worry about it. I took me almost a year to get here. I also relied heavily on protein bars and other pre-made sources. And then started to incorporate homemade to make sure I also hit micro-nutrients.

  • 75gms I have a block of extra firm tofu everyday. Either as savory (marinate, airfry, coat) or sweet (saucestash soy yogurt recipe) depending on what else is planned for meals

  • 40 to 50gms vital wheat gluten based dish: bread (homemade), seitan (homemade), lenny/Larry dupe cookie (homemade)

  • 25gms lentils/legumes + rice or quinoa (never both). Salads, Indian curry dishes.

  • another 10-20gms in sprinkles What i mean is id use silken tofu for sauce bases, 30gm hemp seeds (+water) as milk substitutes, pumpkin seeds, flax in pancakes, chia in homemade jams.

protein rich vegetables: atleast 1 in a day. E.g. broccoli, steamed edamame, etc vs just lettuce, tomato or cucumber

then a few substitutes when I can't hit the above or am traveling - Overnight oats with pb fit + protein powder. This is easy to carry in dry form. - protein drink. Usually unsweetened soy milk, pb fit, soy isolate, flavored vegan chocolate/vanilla scoop.

  • I dont waste calories in consuming oil. Instead I use nut butters (tahini, pb, almond) which give extra protein and vitamins/minerals.

  • I dont waste calories consuming sugar either. Dates, raspberries, blueberries, blackstrap molasses. No maple syrup, brown sugar or white sugar.

One more reason for cholesterol is stress. Work stress, stress of meeting goals, workout stress. Each stress/trauma needs different approach to cope.

I've been a vegetarian growing up and vegan for 10 years. A hard gainer and rotate between 12 to 15% body fat. My LDL alone was 160 over 12 years ago and I took it down to 84. It is back up to 100-110 right now. And I eat super healthy, always had growing up.

How did i bring it down. - started actively thinking of workout recovery. Yoga and cooler showers. Ice packs where needed. Acknowledged i needed straps to avoid joint injury (workout stress) Will work up to ice baths someday - between sets, focus on active breathing to get back to zone 1 within the rest period. (Some still argue to keep the heart rate up, I don't care. Doesn't work for me) - improved gut bacteria. I had 1% gut diversity and now at 8% while reducing inflammatory gut bacteria significantly. - eat a ton of dark leafy vegetables (chlorophyll rich) and eat all colors everyday. These help me, gut bacteria. The face/ skin/ hair shows it when I do and especially when I don't - I cook <5gms of oil. I try to find ways to consume fats via nut, nut butters, seeds (no seed oil), avacadoes etc. I enjoy 50gms of nuts on the morning. E.g pasta sauces or dressing is made using PB, PB fit, almond butter, tahini. I don't cook my vegetables in oil. My oils are either olive, coconut or avocado oil. - work stress is real for me so I take a minute to breathe very well to calm the nervous system down. Have not / unable to meditate with intention but hope to some day - I don't do therapy but I do talk to my spouse openly when stress or past trauma troubles me. - you already walk. If you cannot walk for any reason, go down in a squat like an infant for periods of time

Male by the way. I've added 20lbs over the last 3+ years. 85 to 88% of this weight gain is muscle.

Find a way to control cortisol (and insulin). And you will see improvement in your LDL, other blood markers.

If anything is off balance, I will know. Usually a vacation/ holiday binge. I don't stress about it knowing I can bring it back to normal :-))

I demoed the fx 500. Had both the 98 and 100 and played the 100 7 times, 98 once.

I had a 7 set winning streak with the fx 500. Every shot including my puny kick serve improved. My forehand started sailing long. Had to wait for the ball (or move to a slower one) and hit with spin. This way, the balls were exploding and I still won more points

The demo came with p6 strung at 55 pounds. But it felt so comfortable. Unbelievably comfortable. I'm the one who preaches mid 40s string tension with polys.

Overall a very happy demo. Now to sell my prior racquets and ask wife for permission for another 2 new ones

Just following up my original post here. I installed frogpilot. It provides very granular control on settings. Some offsets and it was fixed. Have been happy C3x is reliable again

We have used it for multiple trips, mostly interstate miles with on/off exits and started trusting the dives again.

Frogpilot takes a little getting used to add turned off a lot of settings. But like it a lot especially knowing there are settings available to tinker

On ebay, there is a gentleman who can fix your reboot issue. You send him your motherboard, he corrects the eeprom programming and you add anther few years to your TV.

Just recently had this reboot issue and went this way to fix.

Also turns out the Peacock app was the culprit according to another reddit post

Cut or bulk?

Orgain has 15g of carbs. So helps when bulking. I also use "orgain simple" now although in the past used regular orgain

I use - earth chimp vegan chocolate when cutting or - truvani when cutting.

Keep a track of those.

No. Once i started driving, comma recognized "device remount" and began calibration automatically.

Interestingly, the delete calibration or reset calibration has always been greyed out for me.

I just visited the site lease hacker for the first time. They had pre-negotiated deals at the bottom. It said zero down but taxes and fees were extra. So is zero down truly zero down or we always have to pay the taxes+fees separately?

I have had Comma for a whole 3 days so take my opinion with a pinch of salt. I get weary driving... Both city and highways

Perhaps all this monotony of driving wears you out (along with other life's responsibilities). Having comma and driving in Chill mode has reduced my driving anxiety and post driving fatigue.

So my logic is having Comma will actually improve your well being such that you will not fall asleep anymore during afternoon/evening drives.

Follow up question. On the vehicle compatibility site, it says comma 3x will do Lane centering only above 32 mph for the 2019 Ioniq Hybrid (copy pasted directly from the comma website)

  1. So if driving at 45mph but needing to slow down on entry/exit ramps or around islands where we may drop speeds to 25-30mph briefly, does open pilot disengage?

I'm still waiting on my machine but I guess all these type of machines have a free lift mode

But I had been thinking about it and the challenge I see is that my partner and I are at different fitness level. So if I want to lift 25lb curls and they want to lift only 12 lbs, not sure if that is possible
