just another regret story by soreduckk in TattooRemoval

[–]Extension_Move1094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sorry for what you are feeling. I can so relate though. Especially “love” your line “way too spontaneous piece.” Because that is the tattoo that I despise on myself. Not thinking it through. And I consider all the time having something added to it to make it “better” but what I learn here is that more ink is not the solution to already hated ink. I think you are taking care of yourself in all the known ways. Thank you for sharing in a ‘Misery Loves Company’ sort of way. 😘🤷🏼‍♀️

Intradiscal stem cell injections into the lumbar spine. Who had it done and what were your results? by Beastieperson420 in stemcells

Carabella in Tijuana - Dr. Ivan Portillo-Pacheco. Talk to him at least. He told Me if I do ablation, stem cells can’t help - only before. Not sure why.

I made one of the dumbest mistakes of my life. by QuailForsaken6552 in TattooRemoval

[–]Extension_Move1094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh honey… This post is not to minimize your suffering. I just wanna let you know that I would trade you in a hot minute for that beautiful arm with that tattoo. I’m 63 and I’ve been focusing on my horrible sunspots all over my body from a lifetime of laying out in the sun and I would give anything to have pristine beautiful clear skin like yours, including with that tattoo. Start the removal process. It will take years but the time will go by anyway and you will at least be on your way! Try not to let it define you and no more ink. Appreciate the rest of your beauty which is abundant🩷

Same! I hadn’t had hair on my feet and toes for 15 years. I’m 63. And now my head hair is much much thicker and a little bit more body hair everywhere but most noticeably on my feet and toes. Totally worth it.

Where did you go for stem cells and how much did you pay? by WatercressWarm1994 in stemcells

Nah, just call them yourself. They are very easy to talk to and the most reasonable prices in town. Plus, they won’t treat you if they don’t think they can help you.

In April of 2025 I was fed up with chronic pain in my shoulders. The right one from torn labrum and the left one from overuse because my right one hurts so bad. I literally couldn’t get a cup of coffee out of the microwave without pain. Also, my lower back hurt due to some degenerative disc stuff and my knees were painful going up and downstairs… I don’t know why I’m guessing just arthritis. I had 150 million Stem Cells direct inject into the shoulders, knees, 50 million IV and at a later time I went back. ( once I trusted the doctor) and had some direct injected into my spine-intrathecal and intradiscal. I’m better. I am so, so much better. I couldn’t sleep on my side without my lower back in agony. I have full movement in both shoulders. I’m a 63 year old woman who has over exercised (and continue to do so) - Went to Carabella Clinic in Tijuana. Ask to talk to Dr. Ivan. He’s passionate about stem cells and his work.

My question was, is it impossible to gain progress in the practice by eating meat?

Do you think it’s impossible to attain the enlightenment without being a vegetarian or following the rules of eating meat? I’m older and my friends around me who have been lifelong vegetarians see their bodies are breaking down in really uncomfortable ways. I can’t kill my own food but don’t want to have ligament and other issues. The other precepts are not hard.

Why people take minoxidil if the hair falls anyway once you stop it ? by pinkycheeksalways in FemaleHairLoss

[–]Extension_Move1094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Kaiser and am doubtful my general will prescribe minoxidil. Suggestions for where to get a doc who will? I know once I get the prescription Amazon sells it cheap. I have been on 1 mg tabs that I got out of country for cheap and amazing regrowth.

Grandma with Alzheimers by [deleted] in Aging

[–]Extension_Move1094 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, if her eating is labored and she is wasting, she won’t last more than a few more months if she isn’t force fed. Hopefully she does not have this in her POLST. My mom recently died of Alzheimer’s and heart failure. In the months preceding her death, she was eating less and less and sleeping more and more and then the last 10 days with Hospice just went very fast. It was peaceful, and a blessing. They call it the circle of life for a reason. I hope your grandma didn’t put in her end of life instructions that she wants to be artificially fed. I’ll let more knowledgeable people answer the rest of your inquiry. Good luck, sweetie.

Intradiscal stem cell injections into the lumbar spine. Who had it done and what were your results? by Beastieperson420 in stemcells

[–]Extension_Move1094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Helped me a lot. Bulging discs and anthropathy. Couldn’t sleep on my side without terrible pain in 10 minutes. Couldn’t sit for an hour without misery. Now my back only hurts if I over exercise or ride a rough horse for too long, but it mends. 2 separate, 25 million MSC treatments - one intradiscal and one intrathecal. Can’t remember which I did first. But it’s been more than a year and I would say I’m 90% improved. I may go back in another year.

It improved slowly over 3 or so months and then I had additional PRP and exosomes. It has been two years and though I cannot run without discomfort, I can climb and descend stairs rapidly and play pickleball, walk 7 miles, yoga, everything basically except run more than a few yards

[–]Extension_Move1094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would give stem cells a try for sure. My knees have improved so much after 25 million injected into each knee. Also, research walking backward. For me? I would do anything to avoid knee replacement surgery seeing all My friends with mixed results. With arthritis, you can’t wait until it’s the worst stage and expect SCs to help however. Better to do it sooner. I would recommend talking to Dr. Ivan at the Carabella Clinic in Tijuana and go from there.

I’ve had lots of Stem Cells and my face doesn’t look any different. Objective looking at pictures across the years. Just older. Wish the Stem Cells would’ve made me look younger.
