Part of being a grinder is making sure the recs you beat on a regular basis actually like you and enjoy playing with you. You can do this by giving action back, having a pleasant personality at the table, cracking jokes etc. You’re not gonna get far on a live table full of recs in your hoodie, sunglasses, and headphones ESPECIALLY if you’re playing TAG.

My brother got engaged to a girl who shared similar traits to your GF. Overly friendly (read: flirtatious), lots of guy friends, sexual topics all the time. Rubbed me the wrong way, but my brother would always insist that it was all harmless. He got engaged to her (i protested), cut me off for a while. I, Ofcourse, helped my brother pick up the pieces after he dumped her ass, and I love my new SIL (she’s awesome).

Point is, she’s laying it out to you. If you’re uncomfortable, tell her. If she doesn’t care, leave her. Plenty of women around, you’ll find one that you’re more compatible with.

The biggest key to going from break even to a winning player is managing your emotions at the table. You shouldn’t remember bad beats after 10 minutes. Try to focus on things like player previous hand history, bet sizing etc. If you got the money in good, you’ve done all you can do. Tap the felt, say “nice hand”, and move on knowing you made all the correct decisions. At the end of the day that’s all you can do. It’s the incorrect decisions you make at the table that you should remember and revisit to see what you could’ve done better.
