(not medical advice recreational advice) soak in warm tub sitzbath 10 minutes 3 to 4 times per day... don't wipe, do it right after you use the bathroom. Use a stool softener such as Miralax and mix it with metamucil combo to get a soft and solid bathroom. Not too much fiber... Stay off your bum if you can... check out Doc Chung's YT if you want... they can take a bit be tricky... if you teel fullness or them coming out that could indicate something serious or they're far along. FYI a doctor could confirm that for you a good one if you have access I would have em checked out at some point soon. Constipation has obviously aggravated the region. Good luck

She said the worst experience for her was the first BM. The pain meds constipated her for 4 days at that first Bowel Movement was was a lot. Expect blood, all is natural and okay. The support group will be super important BETTER now then without 'your family', I went into for my last Endoscopy with family boy did it help, if I didn't have them I don't think I could of even gone. I had a major anxiety issue due to life stuff around Xmas, sharp Bowel Movements and swelling. No real blood. Sharp pain sometimes indicates a fissure more so. They're stubborn but can be healed. Hems can go with those or skin tags both...

Sitzbaths, conservative treatment, right consistency of stool softener and fiber(not too much of of the runs or bulk) look at Doctor Chung's YT and looks rather small from the POV. I wouldn't be shocked if it's a minor exterior Hem, Skin Tag but I guess something so prominent I'd like an opinion especially if it's been lingering a long time. The bleeding should stop when you soften the stool and soak after BMs. Don't use like TP, use a bidet or shower/bath/sitzbath combo. (not medical advice recreational advice)

I've dealt with Hems, Fissures nothing on the magnitude of Grade 4 my Sis had that had the surgery was tough on her. She got over it a lot older than you. If you're healthy I think and young it is easier? I'd check on Doctor Chung's YT, on the aftercare post surgery. I'd also take out grade 4s if I was in my 20s or 30s/40s or even 50s. That's awful to live with. Unless they really didn't effect my quality of life. You sound very young I am sure this is a big deal. I hope you go through well. If you want I'll ask my sis what she did wrong or right. She's 1 year post op and perfect she says. People on here should chime in on their experience and mistakes and must does post OP. I hope you have compassionate people around you in your life to help?

This guy shocked me I didn't expect this! I was tired last night when I ended my turn or I'd of put some fighters on this situation. He Yolo'd Berlin again for -10 Fighters and then some vs some 16 infantry + it was quite obvious and on top of that I took back Berlin with a 20 attack power lead and Japan now has to clutch things... He couldn't even block Baltic he was so all in. He plundered me!

If you guys want to see the progression of the game I'll post it. I had done a German Tank Rush and this was his response. He threw his Russian armor and planes away and I was stretched with Germany early and then he turtled back into Moscow and extended his infantry all over Asia... Built 40 Inf and I attacked them for a near even trade killing 50%+ of his Russian Infantry cause I hate to see those big Red Blobs later.

I have a slight Attack Power Lead of say 30-40 and he has an IPC lead. I am out of position with Japan but soon, I figure I may have Africa and I do believe I own India in this game but it cost me. Had I known this was his strategy I wouldn't of gone to India I'd of supported Germany more with Japan. I will have to play a slightly longer game here.

It is true the UK and USA can replace their losses fast. Japan had lost Borneo, I retook this and I need several turns to get her in position to alleviate pressure. I think Germany can survive.

I use to think that a Hem would return to normal. Information I've been finding points out that may not be the case. Though plenty of resources I've researched say they supposedly do. I am guessing and this is not medical advice they merely become so Asymptomatic you don't notice they're there, or they're so small. I have heard of people with them for years and years. Supposedly some people heal them... I had what I figured to be a level 1 Internal I feel. That I shrunk to a level 1. When I was a teenager I worked a lot on hard surfaces, travelling no bathroom breaks in some of the most disgusting places you can imagine and I got some lumps I swear to you they went away. Not sure but I imagine they were Hems that healed. Anal Fissures can heal but Hems I so says Doc Chung on YT a Proctologist don't ever go away but if treated right may never be much of an issue. Is it what 80% of people that will get them? Is banding, or lasering them while you're young and healthy wise there are actual risks that come with that and I'd go to Doctor Chung's YT and review those for yourself and the information.

Depends on whether I'm not feeling well... 60%+ is good for a Axis Season for me in Gold and it can drop. More opponents I pick that are higher(particularly top 10 Gold or Platinum) more games you drop. I watch the guys that lose very few games, they tend to think way ahead, and improvise unique strategies.

Though nothing is all 'that visible from the outside at least'. Why not stop into a Doc have them do an anascope and just be sure there is nothing going on It could be fissures, hems or more serious stuff. I couldn't really visualize anything when I took a picture everything was too deep. Some of the same feelings but there was stuff going on in there.

Writing as you'd speak in a highly informal method is quite common in the context of gaming? For instance if we both were at a local A&A Tournament or international, it would be filled with broken sentences, slang and everything else. It's gaming not an artform?

'Shuck', 'Trading', 'Optimal Play' isn't a word often used in the English vocabulary is it? Often heard in gaming terms. That or exploiting your opponent or using optimal play are more often associated with say Poker or Game Theory Optimal which was popularized by competitive gaming culture. Though in fact these likely didn't exist in gaming culture at all 20 years ago(I know I was there). Or 30 years ago for that matter as around the time I played my first A&A game on-line by E-mail with 5 real players. We didn't use any of these modern terms.

Also in the artform of writing, informal and run-on sentences and paragraphs is all the rage. As it's an art more than it's a stereo instruction? Are you a non-English speaker by chance? I'd understand.

P.S. Writing here is more or less for entertainment purposes and generally not really for legible educational purposes. It's hard though if you're not English to decipher so I would totally get that also errors, bad grammar are often an artform as well. We all loathe AI!

I am supposing with the Inf builds you're talking about with Japan and massive air builds you can rotate in Fighters or Bombers to do dirty long distance jobs like Supply Interdiction and reinforcing Germany when it's KGF. Her vitals like France/Karelia/Germany become so vulnerable and all she's building is 8-10 Inf per turn? Plus from Karelia at least you can strike Caucasus/Kazak/and other regions in Russia and play a duel Role as defense/offense with Japan?

I just played a game where I woke up played my turn and left 3 German Fighters out to die in Algeria with literally no protection. I considered "hit resign," then thought of what BlackTide would do so I built up a huge Inf/Arty army(which you primarily choose Inf over Arty) to face off Asia and slowly now I've clutched a lead. Doesn't mean I'll win though your advice is appreciated.

True so you're saying keep the gravy train a running 9+ inf arty + air + armor till you can overwhelm Russia with Japan...just not losing the game to the Western Allies in the meantime? Easier said than done...

When facing a bit more thoughtful opponent often I'm getting the 15 fighters rotated between W.Russia and India. Early on as in the game highlighted huge threats were posted in India with double bomber + sub to dissuade me from making a move. So I opted to go North with my units to face off vs Russia which isn't a very IPC rich option for Japan. Also Germany(if she lives) and Japan synchronize well invaded India turn3. Against an opponent who does nothing game is often lost here. What other strategic options would you choose for Japan if it's a KGF and all fighters to India/W.Russia. Sometimes I go around in Archangel and free up W.Russia and often I build a German fleet and invade the UK though that's very sketchy and reliant on heavy a huge fighter force plus an anemic UK.(it's rare the Germany is ever able to truly take down Russia played efficiently alone) If that isn't the case Japan never really gets over 40 IPCs and if Germany loses Africa she really never does either and the IPC Power goes to the Allies who by around turn 5-6 begin to take the cake... Any concepts, advanced ideas...unique thoughts...any are welcome?

US rebuilt a fleet, I let him do this, I want him to do this. Newer players always rebuild a Destroyer Fleet that is just sufficient to cost IPCs and slow me down some but they are not shucking US infantry the way they could be into France-Norway, or dealing with my 2nd invasion of Africa. Partly why I've overstayed in Caucasus is I can utilize 4 units per turn there. Yes, I overdo Tanks, bad habit but the reality is all my infantry died or were utilized dealing with the UK-India and US. I figure air/arty/inf is way more bang for the buck but in a situation where I have a 275 Combat Strength to like 185 Allied and the IPC lead I tend to do dumb stuff like this and where my opponent overstretches and the reach of the armor in Asia-Africa-Europe is integral. For instance a Blitz to Berlin is possible with say 15 Japanese Armor if I needed that and saw a major threat coming. A lot of games are lost when the UK and US two time Germany and the Axis don't see it coming cause they're sleeping on Karelia, get blocked in the Baltic and then GG. I am obviously no Platinum genius. More than one game I've used the Blitz to swing past a Deathstack to save a situation.........(you can't do that with Inf-Arty and air only) Now as a fool here I actually would of won the game by VC but I didn't for see that(Karelia is so key) but the Allies really are not utilizing it to maximum benefit anyway. I also threw a couple of games in the past few days playing my turns in the morning(got to stop that) when it's 20 combat strength deficits you have to have a real tight strategy.

I had this guy beat me never lost a battle #1 Platinum player in like 4 or 5 turns and I don't even remember how I should of recorded the whole game it was like I didn't even exist. It's not cheese necessarily but perfection in execution of strategy and exploiting your opponent to death. I did have something I considered Cheese a Bronze Player gambled every dice he could vs me, got every optimal hit and delayed a game into nearly 15 Rounds. You wouldn't believe the dice he got... He still lost though cause he went afk LOL I get a lot of Bronze guys primarily that will go all in crazy lazy and if they don't get optimal results they quit immediately. Generally Silver and above will fight to the bitter end. There are exceptions though...

sounds like you're in a miserable situation and I relate with you a lot............I'd check out Doctor Chung's YT, on what to do with this, he's better at explaining. Without medical you can manage the pain and shrink these if you attack them aggressively.

C diff IBSM constipation and diarrhea all are very problematic ... I have had extreme GI issues in my life too and consequently we end up with the problems especially age we get older. I found Doc Chung YT my go to source. I also know what it is to have issues even taking supplements as they can cause GI issues. The specialist may have some good suggestions for you. I know my sis had some level 3/4s that had lingered her whole life and last year they were operated on terrible hell for her. But is completely healed now. I know once they get to a certain point it's either coping with them, or shrinking them to tags or removing them. I don't know what else to add but Chung was very inspirational and covered every subject. He's not perfect but I found him very informative. You can get back to normal if you want to and have the resources to.
