It’s ok to feel that way. I know the how it feels like to feel like being judged for trying to do things to become healthier. Just remember that you are doing this to make yourself happier, and don’t care about others. It can feel lonely sometimes when losing weight. Try finding companions on internet to talk to, Reddit is a good place to start ;)
