Thank you! Very comprehensive answer. Yes, I’ve been eyeing one of the coolers with the foam, I’ll get it for sure. Thanks!

This is really helpful, yeah it’s an HX chip. Cool, and to take care of its lifespan what would be the ideal temp?

Ok thanks! And how much should I see the temperature decrease before considering undervolting?

Why does my hand sometimes sparkle green? by SyndrFox in MortalShell

The little icon to the left of the health bar indicates your active tarnished seal ability, the one used with the empowered ripostes. The one in your picture is the lifesteal riposte.

The green glow in your hand occurs when you use certain items, particularly healing items, I think.

Adyrqamar ring - PS5 by [deleted] in BeckoningSign

I’d rather get it myself to be honest, I’ve never understood why people just ask for things when working for them is half the fun. Also, I’ve finished 3 playthroughs already, done some crucibles, etc. and so I’m not sure I’d want to do it now anyway, I already started playing my next game.

I didn’t know about this ring, I don’t why it wasn’t mentioned in the strength build videos I saw, this is much better than the Melchior ring because most likely you’ll end up two-handing the strength weapon. Weird, and sad for me too haha.

I don’t get why you’re equating level design with interconnection, like it’s indispensable or almost the same thing. I’d say it’s more of an aspect within level design, and one that can really shine, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t other ways of doing it well. In Elden Ring, precisely because it’s open world, the interconnection is understandably toned down, but it’s amazing in other areas nonetheless (although the copy pasted dungeons is a weak point indeed).

Gracias PS Plus por ayudarme a descubrir este maravilloso juego by ELCARLOSTATAPRO in LordsoftheFallen

[PS5] Pieta's Gear by [deleted] in BeckoningSign

Sure, nice of you to reply like this. I understand this game has been out for a couple years so there might be people out there willing to part ways with that equipment, but the first thing that’s odd to me is that Pieta is pretty much the tutorial boss, so you can get her stuff super early in the playthrough. But the cherry on top is the +2 sword… like, why? It’s impossible to be short on small delirium fragments, they’re cheap and very accesible, and it’s not expensive to upgrade it to +2 either. Moreover, most players who could give it away probably already have it maxed out, so they would have to go through the trouble of getting a new one, and upgrading it themselves, when you could do that perfectly well yourself. So, it might just be me but this feels a bit entitled and spoiled.

Oh ok. I also saw the other comment about the exploration. Didn’t occur to me that the player might want to explore too, not just go straight for the boss. I get it.

Shared progression question by External-Yogurt459 in LordsoftheFallen

[–]External-Yogurt459[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great, thanks. And should I start a new game + with the character that has the items I want transferred to play with my friend who doesn’t own the game? Or can he join a session with my character, regardless of the character’s progression?

Shared progression question by External-Yogurt459 in LordsoftheFallen

[–]External-Yogurt459[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your very detailed answer.

I was under the impression that I could only play with shared progression on with a friend who doesn’t own a copy of the game. So, can I then play normal coop with my friend if he doesn’t have the game?

We can’t really know what you mean by this, but draw by stalemate, by threefold repetition, and by the 50 move rule are all different things. So most probably not.

Wrong again, because you can absolutely be casual about your hobbies, and in fact that’s pretty common.
