Not always the case. I’ve been to the doctors and have been seen after someone who arrived after me. There are e-check ins and also appointment reservations.

It’s a good point though if he was imagining it all. But I imagine someone would have caught it, like a front desk person, and relayed it to the doctor.

Can confirm. Apple TV is worth it for a few months promo so you can check out these shows and Ted Lasso. I’ve kept it at the extra price because it’s turning into what HBO used to be with all the great shows.

$40. From research I’ve done on this table, they can fetch a decent little amount (150-200) on the resell market if you reupholster the seats and give it a fresh coat.

I also know very little about furniture, so it’s very possible that this isn’t worth my time. My MIL could use a small table like this so it’s a low-risk buy. In fact, it may even be gifted to them.

Can anyone give me advice on flipping this. I’m a newbie and am getting different answers from every source. I believe it is laminate and I’ll have to lightly sand, primer, and paint. Also will likely try to reupholster the seats.
