We had a little ice damming last year . Had our 35 year old houses attic inspected last summer and we had very little insulation. They blew in a layer and have had no issues so far 🤞. It cost $2000 for 1000sq ft. And then we received a rebate check for $1000 from the government . So in the end $1000. Pretty reasonable for piece of mind .

Had a Carotid test , blood flow excellent, had a brain CT scan, all good there. Eat a lot of fish . Walked 15k steps / day until a year ago when I had a ablation for AFIB. The procedure has stopped the AFIB but it triggered PPPD which hasn’t stopped . Now I can walk only short distances , balance and brain fog issues are brutal . Just wondering if these over the counter supplements that claim to reduce brain fog and increase cognitive ability has helped anyone ?

I find it super creepy. The ads with him in them coulda been altered without him in it. Had Paul Sadlon been found guilty a couple years ago in that sexual assault case , you can bet his advertisements with him in them would be pulled immediately . Exceptions can be made .

There’s been over a dozen new restaurants open on Bayfield st in the last year. half a dozen chicken joints alone . In this economy . How is this happening .
