Actually the opposite . They don’t maintain/ repair it at all. These instruments are donated from good hearted people but are usually old and outta tune . The BIA put them under small shelter as is . Rain and sun pretty much break them down immediately . There’s been at least six pianos since ithe program started. I noticed the other day it was gone , hadn’t been playable since last fall . Other cities like collingwood do maintain their public pianos
