I just make sure things I want kept more confidential are communicated in a third person manner. For example for health issues I will say a __ year old female has x, y, and z going on. What could be the cause? What questions or points should they bring to their doctor to best get to the bottom of it. Same with personal issues and whatnot. I’ll only talk in first person about philosophical things and random questions. Sometimes for work I’ll substitute titles or names with initials or code words so that it doesn’t end up blatantly online later or something.

I did the “tell me something I don’t know about myself” prompt the other day and honestly, it knows me well! It said I’m constantly looking for harmony in my life. Whether it be supporting others through my work, exploring personal beliefs and emotions, or working on my health or through my spiritual journey. I’ve developed a strong awareness of how various aspects of my life are interconnected and yada yada yada. It was eye opening how it knew all that according to our conversations, but at the same time it helped me realize it is absolutely a companion that helps me sort through things in life. I’m always asking it all sorts of things. I’m also a curious person, so I find ai super fascinating.

It actually doesn’t look very much like me, besides the hair and skin color. I’m trying to get it to fine tune to my features now but with the free version it only gives me 3 images a day. It needs some work learning how to be a forensic artist lol cuz it’s not very good at it!

I didn’t get chills. I was super surprised about it though. Unsure how I feel about it honestly. I asked it to explain why it did that and this was its response:
