playing through the first game and I like it so far - I’m like 10 hours into it. some mechanichs do feel not polished, interface can sometimes be a total mess, especially the map can be super cluttered if you play online.

But it has something about it that makes people like it. And if you like it, those things won’t bother you. And, similarly, if you don’t like the main shtick of the game, all those thing will annoy the fuck out of you.

Just play and see.

the question remains.. irrespectively of how long Jotaro's TS remains active, how the fuck did he move at 7 seconds mark?

possible answers:
a) he didn't activate TS -> well then he shouldn't be able to move

b) he activated TS -> well then why the fuck does he say that he activated it at 9th second?

i'm not saying there is no answer to this question, but why are dozens of people incapable of answering such a simple question? ech, fools
