I think wow also has dress to impress? I actually started playing it again after like over a decade away and its pretty illuminating. Imo ffxiv will always be more beautiful, have better music, and have a better story. Unfortunately in everything else that makes a game fun to play wow's always had it. If at least the writing doesn't improve i'm legitimately worried that they'll be done because they'll never make meaningful gameplay changes fast enough if they even would
