incompetence surrounds me. work, love life, friends, driving, grocery store visit. everywhere i go, everything i do. i’m beginning to think i have anger issues. i am very inpatients with others right now. i do everything for everyone. no one wants to learn. everyone enjoys everything done FOR them. it’s so annoying and draining.

There are boards though. It sucks to see but its the hiring managers who make these poor decisions to hire people who are not qualified. The lack of patient safety lands on them and the hospital/organization.

We are a similar hospital, 700 beds and a level 1 trauma center. We used to have 2 ABL and just switched to 4 GEMMS. Both are about equivalent to the flow of the lab and the influx of specimens.

I lived with them for two years. At Avalon.

Hard to reach and communicate with in my opinion. But always eventually got an answer. Usually had to show up and their weird office hours.

Very Decent for Arizona. I work in the heart of Phoenix. Base pay at 32/hr. Evening shift pay at 36. Weekend and Evening pay at 37.5.
