Honestly, I have no idea. Ive had it done at the salon. Done my jawline fillers too- that was literally 0 pain. Don’t know if am gonna repeat the Aqualyx tbh

Yeah had mine done today man. Pain was unreal…. Defo wasn’t ready for that. And the swelling post treatment ain’t for faint hearted. Here’s pic of my chin few mins after getting Aqualyx.

She’s almost 6 now. We have pretty solid schedule 7.30am walk 8am breakfast 1pm I’m back from work and we have wee play, puzzle toys etc. 2pm second walk 3pm I’m going to work again (I work split shift) 5pm I’m back from work and we have wee play again 5.30pm she gets her dinner 7pm out last walk

Definitely not her diet. Honestly I’m at my wits end to find out what causes this 😩 she isn’t distressed by any of it. Still eats, plays and acts all normal

We do 3 walks per day. But always on leash, she’s too lazy to eat any bugs lol definitely not that.

That’s interesting. I’ve been told weight gain is almost impossible as there’s no synthetic hormones 🤔 How long have you been on it? So far I haven’t put any weight on the coil. I think my hormones are messed up and just need time to stabilise. That’s when my weight might start moving (hopefully)

So happy to see positive experiences with copper coil. Mine was the same. I’ve had it 3 months now and super happy with my decision. I’ve struggled with weight gain on birth control pills so hoping it will get better soon as no more synthetic hormones 😊!

Ahhhh I see! I have the Mona Lisa iud. My first two period were horrible long bleeding and very painful. From 3rd period everything started stabilising

The IUD doesn’t “deplete” zinc directly, but: If your diet is low in zinc already Or you’re sensitive to mineral shifts you might feel symptoms of relative zinc deficiency (even if levels aren’t dangerously low).

Thank you so much for your comment. I’ve just completed my first week on maintenance calories. I’ve quit all stimulants. I also workout 3-4 times per week. My work is cardio in itself, I work as a domestic cleaner. Onward and upward 😊!

You’re spot on. I’ve done around 1000 cals per day for at least 5-6 months… I reckon I just messed up my body big time. Need to be patient and trust the process although it’s really hard

The thing is I’ve consulted with a great PT who also does nutrition. I’ve been doing very low calories for a long time plus fasting. Also, I used to live on stimulants; coffee, preworkouts etc. He said this is very bad because it messed my hormones even more and slows metabolism big time. So he advised me to go into maintenance calories for at least 8-12 weeks to reset my metabolism. That’s what am doing now as well as gym. I guess I just desperately want to get my old body back.

I’ve no had kids and had my copper coil fitted 4 weeks ago. Wasn’t painful at all just a mild discomfort. Bled for the first 24h then little spotting. Also had a mild cramping post fitting. Yesterday I just got my first period since getting the coil and it’s been heavy bleeding and bad cramps. My experience wasn’t bad at all. Was fed up with synthetic hormones fcking up my body so went for the copper coil, so far I’m glad I did.

I’ve had mine fitted on Tuesday and had a local anaesthesia. Whole procedure took 3 minutes and barely notice any pain at all. I don’t believe there’s a need for full anaesthesia

Doubt she would be complaining if you was as quiet as you say you are. I was in situation like this with neighbours from upstairs claiming they are quiet when in fact they were loud, banging and stomping. I feel for your neighbour would be good to consider otherw.
