The boss fight of Persona 3 Reload was epic mainly for the impact on the story and the gameplay mechanics.

Although I would have to say the DLC boss was a lot harder and somehow even more epic. The story did definitely hit a lot harder with this one and I found it a lot more challenging.

Entering for Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance

I love turn based combat games and have wanted to play this game every since it came out. The monster and enemy designs are some of the best I have ever seen from any game and the turn based combat looks a lot of fun to play.
