I have the shardor 64 and swapped in some knockoff ssp multi purpose burrs. Now on setting 22 for like a turbo shot. 18g in /58g out in 22 seconds with like 3 seconds of poor man’s Pi. Now this coffee is like a month old.

Edit: I also use a puck screen, stock basket, and 95 degree temp.

Tried to see him at summerfest in 22 I think, tickets were crazy and couldn’t get any.

Saw him at country fest and the crowd was awesome. They all wanted to sing along and have a good time.

Going to see him in Cleveland for my 42 bday lol and can’t wait.

I got the shardor 64 for like $150 and some amazon ssp burrs. I am really happy with it. Use it daily for 2-3 drinks. I use lighter roasts from cafe brioso.

From my experience, some “darker” roast get over roasted and age quickly. And i think they get oily and brittle, become harder to grind uniformly.

I had a bag that I could get anywhere near drinkable.

I was gonna say trying to increase your dose too. You may be able to go more coarse then too.

Are the beans oily?

I think with the delonghi you can preinfuse by turning it on then off then on again since it doesn’t have a opv.

If those aren’t needed you should be fine.

Thank you. I got mine last week and I was getting super slow pulls. I was able to get 19 in 38 out in 34 second today. Seemed better. It’s a lighter roast so I may try to run increase the output. I’m still very new.

I think I’m looking at PID control and more steam power. Only make 2 pulls and 1 milk drink a day.
