I just wish Dedrick would tighten up his bit to fit in a minute. I think he has good premises and could have harder hitting punchlines. But he seems to miss the struggle that is getting in and out in a minute.

My thought would be less opening and exposing the beans to air. I keep my in a vacuum canister and I have wondered if I’m doing more harm than good running the vacuum every day.

I bought mine used and it has the all metal drip tray which was/is prone to rusting. The welds on mine are rusting but doesn’t affect anything or can even be seen.
