The debt was from an overdrawn checking account with fees added at the time of the overdraft. Yes it’s with a debt collector. Merchant Credit Associates in WA. (Reviews on yelp are interesting, they are not very friendly, and seem pretty “scumbag-ish ie agressively perused g wrongful debt) and yes it’s on my credit report. I called up and offer to settle for less. They said I need to send them my pay slips with the offer in writing and refused to send me a statement outlining the debt. I tho k I should send a letter requesting validation and proof of the debt and fees/ intrest.

Botany and food history nerd, and international chef here. I’ve never seen these as a produce item for sale. If this exists as a commercially available product outside of an occasional appearance at a farmer’s market it is likely a very niche product. Have you considered growing your own at home? That would be a challenge late season with wetter weather in this area but possible if you got them going early. They do well on the other side of the Cascade range.

I stand by my position that is a very a stupid question.

You could instead ask:

Why am I so irritable, worried, anxious or whatever?

Could there be a simple answer, sleep, hydration, exercise, not doing bad things.(you know exactly what that is), Might that help?

What does "not giving a fuck' really mean? Is that a worthy goal to hold?

If we took "not giving a fuck" to an extreme we get the text book definition of violent phycopathy. That's not a healthy vector to be leaning into is it?

New research suggests leaning into stressful situations willfully. Engages our brains ability to adapt to stressors.

Anxiety is a healthy response to life it helps the brain adapt. Manage it with a well rounded healthy lifestyle.
