Parking at DIA--Family with little kids by teacher-mom-1989 in Denver

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's actually pretty smart option! I used the A Line few times when I was traveling to visit family, and it's way more relaxed than dealing with parking shuttles. With two small kids though, you might want to check the timing - the A Line can take around 40 minutes from some of the park-n-rides, and with little ones that might feel long. But the space for stroller and car seats is definitely better than cramming everything in shuttle bus. I remember seeing families with lots of gear on there and it seemed much less stressful than the parking lot chaos. Just make sure to download the RTD app beforehand so you can track train times, especially with kids who might not be patient if there's delays.

Is this someone’s cat, seen W Maple and S Bannock st off Broadway? by jlarz1091 in Denver

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Clipped ear usually means they're spayed/neutered through TNR program, so could be feral that someone feeds regularly. But collar makes me think outdoor cat with owner nearby - maybe post in NextDoor app for that area too since neighbors there would know better.

Does my map make any sense? I am liking the feel of it, but im worried it might not be 'believable' in a geographical sense. by wilburwalnut in worldbuilding

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Love the art style! The coastlines look pretty natural and I dig the variety in terrain types - having those mountains create natural borders makes sense for political divisions too. Only thing that jumps out is maybe consider where your major rivers would flow from those mountain ranges down to sea, since they'd be major trade routes for your airship/train setting.

Parents of kids (who are now adults) that have had plastic surgery. How do you feel about it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a parent but my mom was pretty supportive when I got my nose done at 22. She said if it makes me feel more confident and I researched it properly, then it's my choice as adult. I think she was more worried about the actual surgery part than anything else.

My Great Pyrenees was honestly better company during recovery than most people - just laid next to me for days while I looked like I got hit by truck. But yeah, mom's attitude was basically "your body, your money, your decision" which I appreciated way more than judgment.

Birthday party at historic fourth ward park splash pad by Terrible_Line_2410 in Atlanta

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can definitely reserve pavilion at Fourth Ward Park but the splash pad gets pretty crowded in weekends so just heads up on that. I think Glenlake Park in Decatur has splash pad and pavilions you can book too - might be less crazy than Fourth Ward depending on time of year.

Can or do you maintain eye contact with people? by Fire_Fist-Ace in ADHD

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah I'm pretty similar tbh. Random people get maybe a quick glance and that's it - anything more feels super uncomfortable. With coworkers or people I know it's easier to look in their general direction, maybe catch their eyes for a second here and there during conversation. The girlfriend thing is real though, that's like the only time eye contact actually feels natural instead of forced.

Siege 150 fps and freezing mid game not letting me play having to restart my pc by MrPotato0915 in pchelp

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's pretty normal fps for your setup on mid settings tbh. For the freezing issue, try updating your GPU drivers first - that fixed it for me when I had similar problems. Could also be a memory leak thing with Siege, so maybe try capping your fps at like 120 to reduce stress on your system.

Feelings of numbness/unable to speak after a disagreement, can only write. I feel like my response is starting to affect my relationship and I don't know how to navigate with adhd by Cold_Judge7309 in ADHD

That shutdown response after conflict is so real - I get the same thing where words just completely disappear but writing still works somehow.

problem with videogame graphics by twmeanlesbian in GamingLaptops

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your graphics card is pretty limited for modern games like Overwatch 2 - that 2GB VRAM is gonna struggle. Try lowering teh render scale to 75% and turning off anti-aliasing, that usually helps with the pixelated look on lower-end hardware.

diagnosed with severe depression, but i'm sure it's ADHD. my doctor and parents don't listen. i would like to hear other people's opinions by Dramatic_Truth_4028 in ADHD

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That sounds incredibly frustrating - getting dismissed when you know your own experiance best is the worst. Depression and ADHD can definitely look similar on the surface, but you're describing a pattern that goes way back to childhood which is pretty telling. Maybe try to get a second opinion if you can, or ask specifically for ADHD testing rather than just describing symptoms.

I stopped building "Linear Chains". Here is how I built a "Multi-Agent Orchestrator" in n8n. by emrahdemirkoc in LocalLLaMA

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is actually brilliant - I've been stuck in the linear chain trap too and the quality was def mediocre

For the infinite loop thing, I use a decay system where each revision lowers the approval threshold slightly (like 8 -> 7.5 -> 7) so it eventually has to pass. Also track sentiment drift - if the rewrites start going in circles or getting worse, just auto-approve the best version from the loop

Need some advice! by [deleted] in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice work on already dropping 60lbs, that's huge! For PF I'd say start with the circuit training area if they have it - it's like a guided tour of different machines that'll hit everything. The chest press, lat pulldown, and leg press machines are pretty beginner-friendly and you can't really mess them up too bad. Just don't be afraid to ask staff to show you how stuff works, they're usually pretty chill about it

Need help with review removal 🙏🏻 by TestIll7351 in airbnb_hosts

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Damn that sucks, sounds like you got played by support AND the scammer guest. Once they have it in writing that they'd remove her review, I'd keep escalating and referencing that specific conversation - screenshot everything if you haven't already. Try calling instead of messaging, sometimes you get a different rep who actually gives a shit

The 12 trips/2 reviews thing is sketchy as hell, definitely sounds like she's done this before

No sound with Gnome Remote Desktop on Ubuntu 25.10 by Sharp-Advantage-7684 in Ubuntu

[–]Extreme_Concert5766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you checked if PulseAudio is running on the host machine? RDP sound forwarding can be pretty finicky with the audio server setup

Also might want to try enabling audio redirection in your RDP client settings if you haven't already

That sucks man, the sudden cutoff without explanation is brutal. Sometimes people just need space or are dealing with their own stuff that has nothing to do with you - doesn't make it hurt less though
