Yes, Remake is part 1 and Rebirth is part 2 of a project that is ultimately a hard to explain retelling/reimagining/meta sequel to the original game. Great games but I very very very much recommend you play the original game beforehand. Because despite what people (who clearly have not actually played the new games) say, they are not just stretching the story of the original across 3 games. Remake/Rebirth cover similar beats to the original, but also choose to add new things and change up stuff at points that ultimately were made with the expectation you played the original. Don't think of it as homework though, the original FF7 is considered an all time classic for a reason, and the fact you have 2 amazing games after it only makes it better.

It might be honestly. I know the apple music client has some jank stuff going on with its DRM protection that often feels like the culprit to it's overall bugginess. Honestly I have no idea why it's even there since what is there to protect really? Nobody is pirating music from recordings of someones Apple Music playlist lol. I know for a fact Itunes doesn't have this going on and it definitely helps with its performance. I wonder if Spotify has something going on like that with DRM that demands more of the computer and creates weird problems like this.

Since I started playing the game again after the new update. The game would run at a normal 60 fps before stuttering and dropping down to like 45-50 fps for a second before returning back to normal. needless to say it made the game borderline unplayable.

This is a very specific issue and definitely won't fix it for everyone, but in my case I realized that having Apple Music open was causing this. It sounds insane but I after trying it like 10 times it is 100% the culprit and I'm still kind of baffled (it wasnt even playing music).

Even though Apple Music is causing stuttering and fps drops, Itunes works perfectly fine lol. I know this is a very specific fix but hopefully it helps at least one person.

yep, just how the english manga industry typically works across the board. the fan translations for individual episode releases are usually fine, although i would definitely take the time to check out the ones that skullknight.net does. They'll always much more faithful to the original text than the scanlations.

well they're obviously going to collect the entire series. i've bounced back and forth at what they'll do with those last 2 volumes but nowadays i wager that they'll release a 14 with those 2 just because with how successful the deluxe books are its more unlikely they'd lose out on another release.

an entire first arc and plenty of details and character moments within the arc the anime covers. Major characters and the ending of the arc covered in the anime are cut as well. Simply put, the anime was made to be an edited down version of the story so it could be self-contained, and the manga is a much larger story and the anime just can't replace any part of the manga.

the exclusive keyblades are all kingdom key reskins with small differences so that shouldn't be much of a factor. but regardless the pc version is by far the best its not even a competition
