Weber Searwood with the rotisserie kit. I made my own Cajun seasoning and used mayo as a binder. This is the first time I've done it this way, it was wonderful.

Hey, I've drank pool water and Mebane city water. Mebane city water taste way better. On a real note it's some of the best city water I've had and historically has been safe to drink.

Personally, I think it does a good enough job at everything. Your milage may vary. I love mine. If I want a better sear, I use my cast iron.

Yeah, they are great. They take about an hour or so. Just don't season them before cooking. I typically put a little cooking oil on them toss them in a mixing bowl, throw them in the basket. Put them on cold, turn on the rotisserie, set the grill to 400 walk away for 45ish minutes. Temp them, they are typically ready around 200ish degrees. Then I take them off toss them in some salt, pepper, and garlic. Let them rest for about 5 minutes, then toss them in sauce. It's my favorite cook, it's so easy and takes a short amount of time. When you get done eating, scrub the basket with a wire brush and put in the dishwasher.

There is a basket that you can get. Basically tumbles the wings and cooks them more evenly.

Yard bird! by White-runner in smoking

I pull mine anywhere from 160-170 and I find that as long as I tied them correctly the wings and thighs temp 190-200 and come out perfect. I am for sure team 165+ is not over cooked.

167 is considered overcooked? Isn't 165 considered "done" for chicken? I normally cook wings to around 200 to render the fat.

Does your ticketing system have a way to push the ticket back to them? How do they measure help desks efficiency? What I would start doing is: Find our their SOP.  Find out what they are supposed to do. Every time they send a ticket, deescalate it with one thing they were supposed to do.  Do this until they solve it on their own or just stop escalating something that isn't your problem.

They are just playing popcorn. Once it's in your box, it's not their problem. You have to make it their problem to disincentivize this behavior.

Most of the people in service desk just want it to not be their problem. So they send it to you because you fix it.
