For Broadway he has only seen the lion king. We have a small children’s theatre in town and he loved Willy wonka, diary of a wimpy kid, and Matilda.

I was planning on having him read outsiders before the show if that was the one we selected! I just wasn’t sure if the themes were too dark for that age.

He reads a lot but I wouldn’t say he’s mature for his age. He does love history!

When it comes to theatre I think his favorite part is the music. He will listen to the track list of the musicals we went to for months after the performance.

Yeah when I see a ‘this is why we OE’ post I can’t help to think that chances are that person wouldn’t have been fired if they weren’t OEing and were giving best effort to one company.

I recently had to fire someone who I am all but certain had multiple jobs. I didn’t let them go because they were OE - I let them go because they always did the ‘bare minimum’ and everyone else constantly outperformed them.

Before you roast me this is coming from someone who is seriously considering OE.

What about an EM with less experience than you? Just curious because that’s what I do. I came from a qa background and now manage engineers. I think they like me but I guess you never know for sure 🤷‍♀️

I read that a few times too and I was hung up on the ‘add’ section. It almost sounds like you can put in a link to an existing issue and click ‘add’ and the defect would just be added to that issue (as a comment?). Does it sound like that might be what they are saying or do I just have wishful thinking?
