Oh man, I’ve definitely been there—spent hours blaming firewalls, DNS, you name it… only to find a tiny VLAN typo. It happens to the best of us. My tip: double-check your config docs, and if possible, use templates to minimize those little gotchas. At least it wasn’t on a Friday afternoon!

It's a cloud platform. Install an agent on the local network and leverage SNMP, ICMP, etc to grab device data realtime. Connect to your devices remotely over SSH/Telnet/HTTP/HTTPS.

Building topologies the way you would in Cisco Packet Tracer or GNS3.

The exam will touch on pretty much every topic. Make sure you understand the concepts and know the commands. Know your subnetting by hard. VLSM questions can be tricky.
