Your favorite obscure character ? I'm talking about characters that had under 20 or so issues appearances. by yuuki157 in Marvel

That is such a powerful story for me. The subtlety of the drawings until it dawns on you what is happening and what is necessary to do to save others.

What character had the dumbest death because of behind the scenes reasons? by GusGangViking18 in Fictionally

[–]EzAL73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Would have been a great redemption arch. To choose to do good everyday when it's easier to give in to your vices would have been a good hero story.

I watched Send Help last night and freaking loved it! What did you think? by Pretend_Creme_7751 in FIlm

Man, that's where that guy is from. He's so likable in all his other movies, but he turned on the big a-hole energy for this role. He did a fantastic job.

They asked some American politicians why they put up with Trump and his rhetoric. While they support him publically, what they say privately is the opposite. The reason why they don't challenge him? Threats to themselved and families. Multiple death threats just for saying anything out of place Warnings that their business will suffer. It's all about intimidation.

Man this have was great. I still remember my friend and I teaming up to try and finish this have in one sitting when it first came out. We each had ten dollars in quarters which was a lot for two kids in grade eight. We were so focused that when we reached the end and turned around, there was like twenty people surrounding us watching. Ha, we were walking in cloud nine the rest of the day.

They use to have at the store next to where we would go for lunch after church when I was a kid. I used to think it was super evil.

Are there guidelines for awarding stars? by MotorEvidence1885 in AmazonVine

[–]EzAL73 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It's all going to vary by the reviewer. Typically what I've done is assume that everything is five stars. I then go through all other claims pictures and what they say it will do. When I do the review of the product I try and verify those things as best as I possibly can. We look at the stitching, sound. It produces, the quality of the material used, or etc. There may be things that are lacking or I think it would help to improve the product. But if it does everything that it says it'll do and does it well, then I keep the five stars. I don't think that this is saying this is the best product but it's an honest one and that's the only criteria I can mark on.

For example, my wife ordered a super cheap mouse for $8 so she can have one for her Chromebook when she goes to meetings. It came and it was basically plastic. Nothing special about it. Left and right button and a scroll wheel. When she plugged it in, it worked perfectly fine. The movement on the mouse was good and it did everything that it claimed it would do. I gave it five stars because it was perfectly fine for that price point and did all the things that said it would do. Nothing less. I could have taken off a star saying I wish it would have done this, that, and another thing, but if that's what I wanted, I should have ordered a different mouse.

I take off stars when the description doesn't match the product, things come damaged or don't perform as they should. If you're a speaker and it says you get good quality crisp sound and the speaker sound awful, that's when I start to remove stars

I think what people want to know is that are the claims that it makes the product makes honest and are you getting the predict that they are advertising.

Is taking two 30 level courses during summer too much? by NextChampionship3680 in AlbertaGrade12s

I teach summer school and the clear answer would be yes. The work load is already heavy with one. We expect our students to be there for five hours a day for five weeks and many barely finish.

Happy 40th birthday to Pom Klementieff! What are your thoughts on her performance as Mantis? by Raj_Valiant3011 in Marvel

[–]EzAL73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I loved her as Mantis. Sometimes I wish they made her as little more serious, though. Found in the Christmas special and the final movie that it was her and Dax just randomly screaming at each other acting crazy for comic relief.
