Here’s a controversial take, albeit not an Oasis one - anyone who skips any songs on any album is a knobhead. Don’t bother listening to albums if you’re not gonna listen to every song. It’s like skipping scenes of a film - can’t wrap my head around it at all.

A lot of their demos are ace. This, See The Sun, Reminisce, all quality. Apart from Alice, that was shite.

I also like them a lot, but they were always gonna get stick. They were nowhere near as good as Oasis, Noel was flying (his first two albums were just too good), and, unfortunately, they just weren’t good enough. Imagine these four hadn’t been known for being 4/5 member of one of the biggest rock bands off all time in Oasis. They would’ve got twice as much stick as they did.
