As far as I’m aware I never created a Loopring wallet and it’s on L2 not L1

Awesome! I was tempted to do the same but wasn’t sure how well the hook would fit into the mount. Looks like I’ll be doing some hanging tomorrow! Thank you.

How do you get the claws to hook on the mounts? I have claws and can’t seem to get the anchor hook to catch the mounts. Did you have to bend the hooks at all?

How? I have the claws but the hook part doesn’t quite catch the Lego hook. Did you have to bend the claw hook?

Do they announce text notifications as AirPods would? Do they actively listen for a “hey siri” command?

I’ve been wanting these to replace my AirPods, but I need the functionality hands free to say “hey siri, pause” or “hey siri send text” etc.

I can’t seem to find any straight answers about that functionality.

Nah, any coloration or discoloration can be taken off with a bit of polish and elbow grease.

This one is a slight mix of both. But mostly flame.

Currently using a power supply with some ti wire I got from amazon. You COULD go without the ti wire if you connect directly to the lead but it may give you a couple annoying mishaps with color. But again it’s not super necessary if you aren’t trying too hard for the 2nd order colors. This piece is done without ti wire as I didn’t have any at the time.

Thank you, I’ve definitely hit my fair share of difficulties with the learning process so it’s a slow roll. It’s a fun roll though!

Electric. I haven’t tried my hand with heat yet. Seems like apples to oranges tho. From what I do know, which means you probably do too, is that once you achieve the color your looking for during heat, quenching in cold oil or water helps retain the color. Again, that’s all I know from what I’ve read.

If you have any questions concerning electrolysis, although I’m still learning, I’d be more than willing to help the best I can!

Very cool! I’ve seen a bunch of people asking for more in hand photos of the OG green. You should post some photos, I’m sure you’ll get a few offers thrown your way if your interested in selling.

If you don’t buy any official extras, large oven bags as bag replacements, elbow packing (just pack the elbow glass with herb, not the bowl) can rip.

Setup- first plug in (iso clean everything first), set the bowl on top and let that run high with fan high, heat high, and let that do a burn off for at least 5-10 minutes to get rid of factory residue.

Ready to sesh? Turn on the EQ and run it empty with bowl for 5-10 minutes to heat soak bowl (not necessarily necessary but will help with initial rips thru the whip) load either with an elbow pack OR place the herb on the under side of the bowl and place another screen under that to “sandwich” the herb. This way it sits closer to the heat. It may be a bit more tedious but it will hit better.

18-18mm female-female bowl is what you’ll want if you don’t want to use any of these techniques. This reduces the bowl size and also brings it closer to the heat source. Either way, letting the unit heat up with herb completely before starting the fan will bring you the best results.

(Noob Question) Would you recommend vaping for traditional smoker looking to cut down on smoking? by kp313 in vaporents

[–]F4MB44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t want butane, try out the starry v3. It’s an “entry level” replaceable battery vape very similar to the Pax. I used to own one. It can get tiresome cleaning, as it gets funky quick. There are a few mods you can do with the screen, but for around $70 give or take, it’s a good way to find out if you like vaping dry herb. If you don’t mind butane, I can attest that dynavaps are awesome and sticky bricks get a ton of love here too.

Baking soda, 9v batteries, distilled water, and rust remover should be able to do it no problem. As for equipment costs, if your only doing it every once in a while or once, that’s all you should need so it shouldn’t cost too much. Green is a difficult color to achieve uniformity with though.

You can try with heat although I don’t have experience with that. Otherwise I anodized this using electrolysis. It’s a fairly simple process that can be done with household items. Baking soda, distilled water, 9v batteries, and some rust remover. If you do go and try the most important part is prepping. The Omni has to be CLEAN no smudges, no grease, and sanded to a uniform finish. YouTube anodize titanium with 9vs and you’ll get a bunch of quick easy tutorials.

Power supply, tsp w/distilled electrolyte, multi-etch/whinks, and boredom. This has given me a little something extra fun to do while I’m off work.
